Worst customer Support Ever.
Ordered 14 days ago, Shipping label printed 14 days ago.
Package sitting at their warehouse 14 days later, 2 emails to support, 3 days after package was scheduled for delivery get 1 email back next day saying they are looking into it, nothing for 4 days, sent in another support ticket, next day they send email stating they are "vehemently corresponding with our warehouse team regarding the location of your order" 5 days ago. Crickets since then.. These guys are a bunch of friggin clowns and forget ever getting them on the phone i have called at ever hour of the day and it goes to voicemail every time. Its funny how they can send free crap to youtubers for good reviews and don't GAF about the people paying for their products.. Have requested refund and hope i never hear the name Next level racing again....

I'm not giving this review a title, this is a review not a Book
I've ordered Flight Stand Pro, unfortunately one of the parts had probably a factory defect because I couldn't screw any nuts in it which eventually lead to damage of said part (Swivel Arm), told them about and two weeks later I got my replacement part for free.
My only complain would be towards response times as I waited few days before I even received first answer to my ticket.

Next Level Racing’s brand is the gold standard. I’ve been using their flight sim cockpit for about a month and the quality is top notch. Assembly was a breeze and instructions were clear. I also wanted to make some additions to my cockpit and NLR accommodated everything I asked for quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price. Thank you NLR Team and Shiralee!

Great Haptic Seat for Simracing
I bought the ESR3 Haptic Seat to mount it on a Wheel Stand 2.0 lite with the Victory Seat Addon. It only neededs to drill four extra holes. The Seat is very comfortable, especially in longer sessions. You wouldn't feel the haptic motors.
It has beed delivered very fast and it's easy to build up.
The only thing was, i'm not able to download the correct Software. After aadding my serial number at the donload page it offers me the motion software instead of the haptic software. So i need to use Simhub Software.
But i'm shure NLR will fix this soon.

Additional parts
I wanted to purchase some additional parts for my NLR Wheel stand 2.0. As these parts are not directly available through any store, I contacted the company and we found solution quickly (also because their manuals are very well made (part descriptions, part numbers, images, etc)).
Overall very positive and professional approach. 100% recommend!

Valued advice from customer service before purchasing
I am pleased with the overall product, packaging and support. I would like to see more accessories available for using the profile products for both driving and flight uses with easy swapping of various peripherals and pedals. The customer service correctly guided me to a more compatible solution for my needs when I initially inquired about the products offered.

Handbrake/Shifter Mounting. . . F-GT LITE
I didn't have a good option for mounting my shifter and handbrake, both by ThrustMaster, on my rig. I did improvise There were some simpler things that could have done, but for my arms the mounting plate is too close to the driver.
Still it turned out good. I wish NLR would provide something like this, streamlined of course, because with the F-GT LITE mounting plate the attachment point even with the screw installed and tightened down does not provide enough support for the handbrake and shifter I added a rigged leg and foot with adjustable feet and a floor slide too make it easier to move around the carpet and hardwood floor combination

Questionable Customer Service
Original product I ordered was a bundle, received email days later saying bundle no longer offered because they were out of monitor stand, and so they cancelled my order. I went to order the cockpit by itself and that had now been sold out too since it had been days since initial order. This is a terrible handling of the situation by customer service. Several solutions could have occurred such as offering me to downgrade my bundle to just the cockpit, offering me a different in stock monitor stand due to the error (or the chance to pay more), or offering to ship monitor stand once back in stock at a later date. Because of this mishap I missed out on the cockpit I wanted and had to purchase one elsewhere. I responded to my notice of cancellation - which was handled by a customer service rep - to say I was disappointed with how this was handled, and it took them 3 days to get back, and offered no valid resolution.
I ended up buying a better quality monitor stand from them still and it was packaged great, shipped fast, and is good quality.
I support their products, but think customer service is worthy of -2 stars on review.

Do not purchase anything from this company. They are taking your card details to make intrest from you, knowing they do not have your item in stock. This should be ilegal but seems nobody cares and it goes through most of these companies now. I canceled my order and went to amazon instead., hay ho amazon done excactly the same thing. I have now gone a 3rd company to try and purchase my item but seems they are going to pull the same stunt. If you can, just try and go to a shop to purchase you item. As online shopping is now just a way of making money out of you. I was told by another company abuzzi that my order will be with me tomorrow which is looking very unlikely.
They only thing left for me to do now is choose a diffrent company but go to argos to purchase.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE 3 COMPANIES!!!

I went through Pagnian Imports i was helped by a great team there one of the Next Level Racing Team helped me achieve the best seat and haptic response i was looking for .. Cameron was honest and helped with the best deal. i was looking at spending $1000 he didn't see money he saw a customer that needed guidance for that, i had become confidant that this was the right place with his help i saved over $400 which im grateful as i was going to purchase something that wouldn't of been comfortable or gave me what i was looking for .

Excellent Customer Service
About 8 weeks after purchase, my HF8 Pro failed. I expected a prolonged and difficult process to get it repaired or replaced. Instead, I e-mailed NextLevel via their web-page, and promptly got a response, which within just a few days resulted in warranty replacement of the device. The whole process was simple, straightforward, and frankly, a model for what customer service should be. My service rep (Cameron) was polite, prompt, and very helpful and I am very pleased with the service they provided. Thanks!

The initial delivery was delayed and sent back to the sender. When I reached out to customer support not only were they able to resend but would periodically check in with updates and ensure I received my Wheel stand 2.0. 10/10 on customer service alone!
