I had the ticket ID 1266536. The Name of the helping employee was Nils T. Never in my life I had someone who is determined to help this much like this fella. I had several bad experiences with other workers but this one is different. 4 other people couldn't help me but him. I am sooo thankfull that Nitrado has some People like Nils. I really hope for him that Nitrado see's this hard work this man is doing and give him a well earned raise or promote him.
Customer Service rep Ali Abadallan was great. Resolved my issue quickly. Product didnt work even after troubleshooting for several hours. Rating is purely based on customer service experience
Ali Abadallan with Nitrado Support was phenomenal, he was quick at responding identified the issue with ease and provided me with a solution that gave me relief in a stressful moment. He was a delight to speak with after battling server issues for almost 6 hours tonight.
Very chill and nice, solved in few seconds, explained how it will work after issue was solved (I requested and refund, because i bought a server and expected something that they don't do The Isle Evrima) they solved very quick to be precise Armin T. thanks a bunch u the best :)
Spoke via Chat to Samuel Miguel. He solved my Problem in a few seconds and left me as a happy customer.

The person who helped me "Enrique Gracia" did in 2 minutes what I could not after 4 hours.
Friendly service, they managed to help me. I’d just like to comment on the response time, but I imagine it’s down to the volume of support requests
the agent (edin k ) i was talking to was fantastic they were funny and helpful and tried there best to keep things lighthearted and was all around great
i set up a a server for DayZ, all was working well until it wasn't.. i let the sub run out so i re subbed and as i was having a pleasant experience i actually upgraded the slot limit... since then it all went wrong, couldnt find the server in the DayZ client anymore.. tried a few troubleshoots online before i went to support as to not waste their time etc... but to no avail,.. i contacted support... AI.. of course it was AI... after dealing with that crappy AI finally i had the option to get in touch with a human.. 14th in que took 3 hours.. i can deal with that, asked for refund only to find out that refunds are not given on upgrades to service even if you cannot get them to work.. luckily was only £28 ish.. any chance of a possible refund for services that are not working have to go to yet another team through email yada yada etc.. whatever.. keep the £28ish and go f yourselves you absolute bandits STAY AWAY FROM NITRADO NOT WORTH THE HASSSLE

Had to wait a while for help but once I was chatting with Alf I was able to get my problem resolved quickly!
I had a problem earlier but Enrique Gracia helped me out & got the Server working for me.. I can't thank them enough for this..
Edin K,really helped us get our server back up via the chat support. explained the issue and gave us a new IP & Port straight the way.

Had an issue with my server lagging, then reached out to customer service. Within 5 minutes my server was migrated to a new host and the issue was resolved - Super fast and nice customer service
I did have to wait a few hours for a response. To be fair, it *was* late on a Saturday night.
That said, once they got working on my ticket, they were polite, knowledgeable, and helped point me to the issue fairly quickly. (In the end, my issue was actually with my client install - not the server.)
