Ordered part for my xrc2 petrol rc an nitrotek had it in stock deliver was fast well packaged an the part was fairly priced will definitely order more in future

I had a slight issue ( my fault )but Gareth sorted it out with no fuss at all.

I made an order for some parts to fix my kids bike. (1030077926) The order process was smooth as butter and i was easily able to navigate the site.

Scooter broke down after a couple of years. Asked for help with replacement parts to fix it, but got wrong answers and ordered part that didnt fit. No typical customer service approach, instead tried to put all the blame on me. No compensation, no help to get the right one. Scam vibes

Didn’t get off to the best of starts as the plastic bracket broke on assemble, then the circlip sprung off until I could fasten. First day of hiding was brilliant. However the second day areas of the plastic hose had worn through to the nylon braiding. So must have been rubbing against the slabs somehow ( I would advise anyone to keep an eye on that) however I raised a ticket, sent some pics and within days a new replacement hose was delivered. Been fantastic since . Service brilliant / performance also …very happy with buy overall thanks Mr Burns

The scooter turned up within the time allocated, plus I had a problem with the charger and it was sorted within days, I have bought 2x Z6 off this site and they been perfect if was any issues which there wasn't, I know they would of done and gone to the best of their ability to fix It.

Really helped me when our RC car was having problems, these guys assisted with identifying the issue and even sent out a replacement part. Would recommend

Bought a Miller and Mason pressure washer from them. It arrived very quickly but I need some after sales advise on usage (it vibrates way too much !) They now do not answer their phones for last two weeks nor Email. Very strange. Not sure they are still in business ?

Very quick service, quality of product great. Only issue was the product came without the screws and washers to put together, contacted the team though and they sent these out very quick, good experience all round.

The e bike arrived with a manufacturing fault to the front fork. Nitrotek tried to claim this was courier damage and said they prefer to replace parts not refund.
They made me pay the returns cost but are refusing th pay that as they say they have a right under their own ts and cs to mitigate this expense.
I have had to make a complaint to trading standards and will now have to take them to court to get my courier costs back. They have offered under 50% to me and do not believe they have to abide by the consumer rights act of 2015.
