Had problem with generator

I live in the channel islands, and my RC kit came within a couple of days of ordering. All well packaged and protected. RC tank kit at a very fair price. Great 👍

ORDERED ONE DAY RECEIVED THE NEXT GREAT SERVICE

Although we haven't had the chance to use it yet due to water shortage, the delivery was second to none. An extremely well packaged unit. Very robust item.

Purchased a Miller and Mason pressure washer and boy oh boy, what a mistake. Chinese built units with their own brand "Miller and Mason" applied to them.

READ THE REAL REVIEWS PEOPLE, NOT THE FAKE ONES THEY HAVE.

Delivered quickly but issue started on first use, the unit just blows fuses, I tried to contact customer support but no one answers the phone and there's a reason for that, having giving up that option I pressed option 1 which is sales, mentioned I could not get through to C/S he told me "that's because that line isn't manned" WHAT !!!!

So, we now have to go down the email route thus providing the option for them to be faceless and hide behind keyboards.

I informed them that this washer was just blowing fuses (7 in total) within 48 hours of purchase and I was told to "open the trigger on the washer before you start it to avoid stress on the motor" what a load of cobblers.

After many more emails they finally agreed to collect and, if needed, repair it. They did collect it and some days later we have a seemingly 3rd party report suggesting I was right and said they had replaced the capacitor.

INSPECTION RESULT:
The washer was inspected and found the fuse blown, as the customer claimed. As the customer claims the fuse blew several times, the capacitor was checked. If the capacitor has an issue with it, it can cause the fuse to 'trip' blow. Checked and replaced both the capacitor and the fuse.

They then suggested they were going to send it back to me but I did not want a repaired unit back and as I know my consumer rights laws I eventually, some 3 weeks and 22 emails later got what I asked for initially, A REFUND.

I do not exaggerate at all when I say Nitrotek did as much as possible to avoid their responsibiltes and their so called customer service is just appalling.

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER.

I already have the Tiger so this time i wanted a Sherman, Made the order on the 10-6-25 unfortunately it was after the cut off time but it was still delivered first thing on the 12-6-25. The box was well packaged. Ordering was simple and and quick.

Originally order wasn’t received emailed customer service and they organised parts to be replaced and sent out within 48hrs. All parts fitted now and buggy is ready for next YouTube video. Thanks again for great communication and delivery of the mis delivery by Royal Mail.

Great little concrete mixer. Obviously has a limited drum capacity but it's Ideal for DIY use.
Comes flat packed so requires assembly, but it's pretty simple to put together and seems sturdy and robust. The gasket that goes between the two parts of the drum was damaged on delivery, but a replacement was sent immediately. The mixer had no problem in handling 30 consecutive loads in a day filling an 8 metre foundation trench for a retaining wall, so I'm confident that it'll be up to mixing the remaining concrete I plan to use.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY BREAK UK LAW, DO NOT OFFER FULL REFUNDS ON ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS AS UK LEGISLATION SAYS CLEARLY, THEY WILL LOOK FOR EXCUSES AND I CAN ASSURE YOU A MULTI MILLION POUND COMPANY THEY PROFESS WOULD NOT SPEND WEEKS HAGGLING OVER A 60.00 DEDUCTION THEN PROCEED YO OFFER A 45.00 DEDUCTION OVER A MATTER OF WAIT FOR IT ….20 PLUS EMAILS 😂😂 WHICH IS STILL ILLEGAL

I have purchased from Nitrotek a couple of times and have had no issues. First order dispatched quickly and happy with the items. My second most recent order was supposed to arrive within a couple of days, but hadn’t heard anything regarding shipping so called them up, I was in a queue for around 35 minutes before I managed to speak to someone, but when they did answer the phone, my order was found and they dispatched it for next day delivery.

Ordered a part and a different one arrived due to slight difference in part number, easy mistake on pickers behalf! but customer services sorted problem very very promptly and correct part was with me two days later, I'm very happy with there service and would order from them again and I'd recommend them! go on give them a try.

Great quality

bought a nitro truck from them and came with no brake only 2 wheel drive because there was bits missing and the engine was faulty with the gasket hanging out of the engine sent back for repairs still nothing of them three months later you have to mither the support team and you can't ring them about after sales only if you buying from them its all emails you have to deal with

Now bought another Nitrotek scooter as was so pleased with the 1st one so got one for hubby, there was a very quick delivery and fantastic scooter would recommend them to anybody with such a great price

When I contacted the company to inform them the scooter wasn't working they continued to contact me everytime I sent a message, they couldn't have been more helpful and sorted the problem for me. Excellent customer service
