The Nokia 235 very disappointing.

I recently bought the Nokia 235 to replace my old one just for calls, texts and off line calendar. Well how disappointed I was with this!!! The phone is so very basic and child like in design like it was made for a 5 year old child and the calendar is useless. It restricts the amount of reminders that can be entered. It's like reverse technology instead of improvement.
This is more basic than my first phone I bought in 2000. IT'S RUBBISH. I would not buy a Nokia phone again.

Nokia QLed TV

Nokia QLed TV, 4K usage time 157 days, this is how long the tv lasts. Around 600 euro for half a year or watching tv. After that you are facing frozen screen at the bottom and you can spend more money to fix that.

Utterly the shietties item ever produced by Nokia.

Duff Nokia G60 5G handset - Support Useless

Purchased a new Nokia G60 5G handset. Now it fails continually to install and optimise the Android 14 Google Security Patch 2025-02 . Contacted Nokia Support and quite frankly hopeless - asked me to try everything I had already tried. In the end "send the phone to a service center" it will ONLY be a week. Sorry NOKIA my only method of communication (Phone Calls, SMS, Whats App etc) and it will be away a week - If that is the best support you can offer for what it clearly some software issue then Bye Bye Nokia .. off to buy a handset from a quality supplier, with obviously NOKIA are not

Nokia 8210 4G not worth the money

I bought the 8210 4G thinking it would be a reliable, simple phone to use.
I'm not smart enough for a smart phone, so thought this would do the job.
The battery is a joke.
If it is left on, without using it the batt. goes down by 50% in two days. I mean WT..?!
For a dumb phone it is a very awkward layout.
My 17 year old Samsung 3309 was a breeze, and a joy to use. I could upload photos to the computer no dramas...oh no, no with this baby we've got to spend $20 for a special wire thing to do it.
Sorry Nokia, your people are "clever", but they not too smart, IMO?!

Nokia Flip Phone 2660: Poor Design and Unnecessary Features

This phone feels like it was designed by someone who designs and uses smartphones. It’s loaded with unnecessary games and a Facebook app, which require an internet connection, even though the phone is meant for basic use. The battery drains quickly and needs recharging every day, despite minimal use. The volume control is on the outside, so it adjusts by accident in your pocket, meaning you could miss a call or hear a loud ring.

The slippery design makes it prone to slipping out of your hand, and a non-slip cover would’ve been a smart addition. Also, a marker to tell the top from the bottom, and that it's the right way around in the dark, would’ve been helpful.

This phone was a gift, and I'm glad I didn’t purchase it myself. To be honest, in general, the design of feature/dumb phones is quite poor, and I believe this is because the powers that be are trying to push everyone toward buying a smartphone, as the only extra money they’ll make on these feature/dumb phones is from paid games.

Don't buy Nokia / HMD phone.

I bought a HMD phone online and found the power button does not work properly, and it was getting worse and worse. I contacted HMD for exchange but HMD Customer support insisted they offer just the repair service, not the exchange service, so I sent out my phone to their facility for repair. Finally they notified me "Unfortunately, there was no fault found or the fault is not covered by warranty (and your Product is either not economical to repair or the repair quote has been rejected)." They sold the faulty phone and do not take responsibility for that.

105 both SIM slots packed up in weeks

Bought a 105 4G .
First time used only recognised 1 SIM slot.
few weeks later the other one packed up.
It was a cheapo new purchase from a bucket phone shop.
Dont think itd be easy to get refund.
the slots are far too finniky you need a jewellers loup just to decipher the directional diagram size of pinhead and a sharp butter knife to get the SIM out.
A previous 3 G one I bought the hatches broke off at first use.
As for how you increase volume without being in the middle of a call looks like you...cant

Nokia is the worst company in the…

Nokia is the worst company in the world. They deserve negative stars. My father is a retiree and the customer service (misnomer) is atrocious. My Mom is 95 and is trying to make corrections to her medical coverage. They've had her in tears. We have spoken to 10 different people for over 2 months trying to correct her medical coverage.

UTTERLY DREADFUL

UTTERLY DREADFUL. Nokia use to be fab, now it is the pits, run by a bunch of cowboys who don’t care, don’t listen, don’t respond. Effective communication is impossible, chat line is useless, email simply doesn’t work and don’t even get me started on the phone support, actually no support. Phone sent for in warranty repair three weeks ago, it ended up in Romania where it got lost and no one knows where it is. Written to both the head office in Finland and UK. But not holding my breath for a respond.

It used to be a 5/5

It used to be a 5/5, but they increased their phone prices (not smartphone, just regular phone), also most importantly they took off the T9 keyboard.
They lost a very loyal customer...

The phone is really good I would give it five stars but the why I am giving two stars is because whenever I'm playing a game the phone just says the app is not responding even though the game is going smoothly and when I press on wait just five seconds the notification is back it's just really annoying when you're playing with your friends but besides that I would sirtenly give the phone five stars

Worst phone I have ever owned by far

Have owned a number of different phones from samsungs to iphones, google pixel to huawei. I fancied trying out a Nokia G22 after having previous good experiences with them (but that was a number of years ago.) Their new smart phones are truly terrible to the point they are unworkable. Operating system will freeze, drop calls, disconnect from connected internet and turn off with no rhyme or reason. Have tried multiple factory resets and keeping apps to a minimum, now use it only for making calls and whatsapp and still can't even handle that. Nokia support are just about as useless as their phones to boot. Not sure how they got it so wrong but I would avoid buying one at all costs!

(Nokia X10)

(Nokia X10) It wasn't even up to one year and I had to replace the battery (it is now up to a year and I now have to replace the battery again!!!), it started lagging, glitching, being slow. would not recommend. The camera isn't good either, anytime you take a picture it does some touch ups which can sometimes make your picture look uncanny and weird. I can barely give it any credit. Not worth the price. It only makes you miss your old device and wish you never made a switch 🤦🏾‍♀️

Nokia keypad beeping

Have used Nokia's for +20yr's, a basic, cheap, robust phone. But Nokia 105's have an appalling keypad beeping sound; so irritating have actually chucked phones in the bin. And ? Multiple guides, manuals, videos to show how to turn sound off, including Nokias own manual for the 105. None matches the actual screen/settings of my 2024, 105, so beeping can't be turned off. Have spent more Hr's on this, than installing software on a new laptop bought at the same time

No clue about Li-on technology + bad service

Bought a Nokia XR20 on August 7th. Sent by DHL, they took 4 days to get it to the border less than 200km away but the French Partner, Colis Privé, took less than 24h to get it to me. Had no help from the support, my package was 3 days late, they told me it was on "next day delivery service" and then that it would arrive under 9 workings days ?????

I'm charging my phone right now only to discover that it was stored at 0% battery. YOU DO NOT WANT TO STORE A LI-ON BATTERY AT 0% EVEN MORE FOR A 2021 PHONE ! ! ! LEARN YOUR JOB. It has never happened to me with another phone maker (always between 20-60%).

Hope the battery isn't dead yet or i'll ask for a refund using conformity warranty claim (french laws applies to french buyers) and if it doesn't work a small claims procedures.
