A SCAM. This is the best summary of Nootica.it.
I spent nearly 4,000 euros with them, and I never received my package. Communication the italian way - reply after 4 weeks and 20 follow-ups.
I have asked for my refund for a long time now, and they are not replying. Safe to say, these people are okay with letting their customers think their money has been stolen.
Absolutely shameful and disgraceful customer service.
Stay far far far away.
Very poor customer support
I purchased an e-gift card from Nootica and paid for it successfully. My order is showing as “Expédiée”, yet I have still not received the gift card by email.
What is particularly frustrating is the complete lack of accessible customer support. I could not find a functioning customer service phone number on the website, so I submitted a request through the contact form. So far, I have received no response and no solution.
The gift card was purchased specifically for a retirement gift and was needed within a short timeframe. For a digital product that is supposed to be delivered by email, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
At this point, I no longer want the gift card. I am requesting cancellation of the order and a full refund of the amount paid.
A company selling online, especially digital gift cards, should provide customers with a reliable and responsive way to obtain support when something goes wrong.

WARNING TO U.S. CUSTOMERS
WARNING TO U.S. BUYERS — Returns can be extremely expensive
I purchased a pair of C4 Dessault Fast HD spearfishing fins from Nootica using their sizing information. Unfortunately, the fins were too large for my feet.
I contacted Nootica expecting to exchange or return them. They informed me that because I'm in the United States, I am responsible for international return shipping, which they estimate at €70/$82, and that additional taxes/customs fees may also be deducted from my refund.
Their customer service actually suggested that I consider giving the fins away or reselling them myself because I might recover more money than by returning them.
That's an unacceptable return situation for an expensive product where getting the correct fit is critical. Had I understood how costly it would be to correct a sizing problem, I would not have ordered from Nootica.
U.S. customers should be extremely careful ordering anything where there's a possibility you'll need a different size. Make absolutely certain of the sizing before ordering because returning it internationally can cost a substantial portion of your purchase.
I won't purchase from Nootica again.
Disaster !

Tried to contact them by email - totally useless and of course only in French an automated response
Very very bad customer service
Asking now for a refund as i dont want to wait 2 months for a pair of goggles
Great products. Terrible after sales service!
Ordered a Cape Horn Challenger 270AL that came with defective parts.
RMA-ticket was issued on August 15th, but 13 days later, I still need to receive the authorization to return the goods. An authorization that I should have received within 48 hours after issuing the ticket.
Customer service is insanely sluggish
Tanacom 1000 electric reel piece

It was easy to order and the delivery was quick. The whole process was painless.

Ordered a few items on July 7 and paid the same day.
A week later, I received a "out of stock" notification; supposedly restocked on July 21.
In the meantime, other items in the order sold out, and now they’re supposed to be back in stock in September (as I can see from the order status)
No response to my emails—I canceled the purchase—but I’m not getting my money back
Exellent product
It is basically scam
It is basically scam. I paid 150 for wetsuit and now it is already month of waiting, support just sent me auto messages with apologies. I think I lost my money here.

Cressi fins, SEAC mask and Snorkel
My items were easy to order and very well priced (in my opinion). Delivery was much quicker than advertised and this for me is a huge win for Nootica and the FedEx GB delivery service used. The items are as expected and I can't wait to try them out on our holiday.
Amazing price and shipping time.
Amazing shop
Amazing shop, fast shipping to central florida...Great prices - great customer service. Will be using regularly.
Should have done a better review search…
Should have done a better review search ordered a wetsuit on the 30th may expected dispatch date 8/9th then changed to 15/16th now saying 22/23rd just Keeps extending by a week each time. Just constantly says resupplying clearly they struggle to get hold of stock but still allow you to buy the item. Now requested a refund heard that can take forever as well waiting on action on their side or il do charge back on my credit card thankfully
I should have checked the reviews of nootica before....
I should have checked the reviews of nootica before placing an order. After placing an order and paying I have received one auto-email, nothing more, I have tried to get in touch with them after several days of final deadline without any success. I have contacted my bank labelling nootica as a scam.I hope my bank will refund me.
Very disappointing customer service.
Very disappointing customer service.
I received a kayak with an air leak. The kayak was never used on water and was only inflated indoors in my garage. During the first inflation I discovered a leak and immediately contacted customer support.
I provided multiple photos showing the leak with soapy water bubbles, photos marking the exact location of the leak, the serial number, and a detailed explanation of the circumstances. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked for the same information.
After several weeks of emails, Nootica simply claimed that the leak was probably caused by a sharp object and refused to acknowledge the possibility of a manufacturing defect, even though the kayak had never been used.
Instead of offering a replacement or a proper warranty inspection, they suggested that I repair a brand-new kayak myself with a patch.
Very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company based on their handling of warranty claims.
