I have been charged for years without any prior notification. I tried to contact support multiple times to discuss a refund for the most recent accidental renewal, but they completely ignored my messages. Very poor customer service and predatory subscription model. I have already canceled my subscription and will be disputing this charge with my bank/PayPal.

If something was removed from your PC, it was not caused by our application. In cases like this, the most common causes are platform client issues (such as Steam repairing or relocating libraries), disk errors, antivirus actions, or manual deletion — none of which are triggered by NoPing.

The app itself worked, but money was being charged quietly without clear control. After the trial, it even attempted to charge $42 — luckily, there was no money on my card at that time.
Later, the service continued charging my card even though I was not using it and had completely forgotten about the account.
When I first contacted support and requested a refund, I was told “no refunds.” After that, I received another message saying that support could not cancel my subscription for me and that only I could do it myself, along with instructions.
This clearly looks like another manipulative retention tactic designed to confuse and trap inattentive users.
It took two months of repeated attempts to cancel everything. Only one support operator finally resolved the issue, fully canceled my subscription, and deleted my account.
I did not get my money back — and I can only hope I will not lose any more.
The experience was extremely negative overall. The only positive part was that one real support agent eventually helped and handled the situation properly.

In addition, depending on the payment gateway used, some subscriptions must indeed be canceled directly by the customer due to how those providers handle billing permissions — this is not a tactic, but a technical limitation imposed by certain processors.
That said, we understand how stressful billing issues can be, and we’re glad that one of our support agents was ultimately able to assist you and ensure the subscription was fully canceled.

Hello,
I used the trial period of NoPing and it was good. So then i decided to buy the annual subscription(because it was cheap), even when i saw pathetic reviews about, i believed about what i got from the trial period. So then, roughly after 20 days of buying it, I encountered issues slowly rising(for about a week) for example, using noping for marvel rivals to reduce ping mainly, but now I was facing both high ping and occasional packet loss, but when I turned off noping, i had no packet loss but had little bit high ping. Another example is of ARC Raiders, where from starting, noping never worked for me, instead of stabilizing ping and reduce packet loss, it increased my ping(red indication icon) and again occasional packet loss, but when i turned off, I only saw high ping(yellow indication icon), and couple other same examples.
Now when I tried to contact customer care support, they did gave me some methods at first, but sadly they didn't work, and their final test was to get virtual access through anydesk and check. But due to security concerns and also work concerns, I couldn't do it. So now, I requested them to kindly refund like atleast 75% of total price I paid, but they immediately refused it. I had paid $1.19 each month for 12 months(annual plan) but then even if I have not completed my first month, I said deduct my 1 month charge and even consider $2.99 for that instead of $1.19 but still they refused.
So finally I am alerting anyone who is looking to buy NoPing's subscription looking at their cheap price. I got actually scammed for that, so don't want others to fell for this trap.
UPDATE: NoPing team, are u really interested towards providing some kind of refund, if things don't go towards fixing my issue at all? As, I said earlier providing virtual access to my device isn't possible and I have tried almost all ways told by ur team, and sadly they aren't working.

No ping is a scam service meant to rip off customers. They remove servers without the intention of bringing them back . I feel their company is not doing good and they are shutting down no ping permanently. Hence refrain from buy no ping specially 3 months to 1 year package because you never know what’s gonna happen . They took my money and haven’t refunded it . I have emails to back up my claims .

Bad service, no refund when you ask Day 1
Hi NoPing Team,
I’m really upset and frustrated right now. I signed up for the free trial (one afternoon and uninstalled) to test your service, which required me to enter my credit card details. After trying it out, I looked everywhere to cancel the free trial so that no money would be taken, but I couldn’t find any way to do it.
I ended up forgetting about it and went to sleep, assuming nothing would happen. But today, I saw that you charged me for the subscription without any warning or email beforehand. Plus I contacted support directly to cancel it within the hour, on the very first day, and despite that, nothing changed. I don’t think it’s fair to just take my money like that without notifying me first.

I'm really happy with NoPing. I've been using it for almost a month and it is very stable helping me connect to the best low ping servers. I used ExitLag for the past 3 years but it was too expensive and had been performing poorly for the last few months. I'm glad I switched to NoPing.
