Bought a Fabbian suspension lamp very…

Bought a Fabbian suspension lamp very late in the evening. The lamp was sent immediately the following day, and arrived very quickly in perfect condition. The price was great, too. Will order again.

We are very disappointed

We are very disappointed. Ordered a lamp with bulbs. The bulbs are not included. They keep claiming they shipped. Bizarre, we payed in advance for an expensive lamp. the bulbs to make sure we have the right one aswel. Do they ruin the purchase with bulbs...and our feeling about them. As if we would lie about this. Can't turn on the lamp that has been here for a few weeks to see how it is. Missed opportunity! After sales 0 points!

I ordered for my house in Spain

I ordered for my house in Spain. My high expectations were fully satisfied. Everything was delivered as ordered and was packed safely. All lights are from well-known manufacturers such as Flos and Artemide. My wife and I are design lovers :-) and we were in good hands at Nostraforma. So I am happy to give Nostraforma a positive rating. Five stars +. Thanks again.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a chair that had been discontinued from Nostraforma they had one chair left in stock. I completed the transaction & received a copy of the sales receipt on June 4, 2020. Eleven days later I receive an an email from Nostraforma informing me that they chair could not be shipped because it was considered “Oversized”. They offered no other explanation nor did they give me the option to pay any additional “Oversized” shipping charges. I had agreed to pay 65€ shipping with DHL. I have a sales receipt that shows the purchase & shipping charges. Nowhere does it state that the sale was incumbent on any sort verification of shipping charges. Nostraforma should have at least given me the option of paying the additional “Oversized” Shipping. This notification email by Nostraforma was sent 11days after the transaction. Not 2 or 3 days, but after 11 days! This is not acceptable nor is it good Customer Service. I would not recommend Nostraforma because of their unprofessional customer service.

We're sorry that it took a little longer. It was just four working days. It was a weekend and a holiday in between. And we had to wait for feedback from the shipping companies. We had already informed you about this in an email. The colleagues from the shipping department have tried to find a solution for you and have contacted various shipping companies. But unfortunately, due to the Corona crisis, the prices for shipping from Europe to the United States are all much higher than expected. We have given our best. Therefore we are very sorry not to be able to give you better news. I hope for your understanding in this difficult situation.

A quite bad experience, well transformed in good experience

At the arrival, the lamp does not light on and the lamp returned damaged by the carrier but Nostraforma found a very good solution.

BRILLIANT SERVICE AT GREAT PRICE

I purchased a Mega Bulb Pendant Ceiling Light SR2 by Sofie Refer. Unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged.
I emailed Nostraforma when it arrived to inform them and request an exchange. With absolutely no fuss they arranged for the damaged item to be collected (via UPS).
They then sent out a replacement which arrived in perfect condition.
I would purchase from them again and definitely recommend them.

Very good experience

Bought an Artemide lamp one week ago. Reasonably priced, shipping to Norway by Ups vas reasonable too. The whole process took five days!
Will definitely buy from them again.
