Totally unacceptable quality for such expensive design furniture and disgraceful customer service

I have bought Novamobili chest of drawers and dressing table through UK dealer Gomodern.
Dressing table drawer is very difficult to operate, can hardly pull it out. We took drawer out and discovered that aluminium runners in the slot scraping the drawer. I have complaint to dealer and they contacted Novamobili. Novamobili replied 'The only thing the customer could do is apply a paraffin-based product to reduce the drawer's friction'.
Totally unacceptable quality for such expensive design furniture and disgraceful customer service.
