NOVASOL Danmark Reviews 

The WLAN heating in the bedrooms is a big minus and also that the matrasses of all beds are worn out. But furthermore everything was oké.

I booked a villa in Croatia (“La Casa”) through Novasol and paid €3,000 When we arrived, we found that there was loud and constant construction right next to the property — drilling, hammering, even inside the house it was impossible to relax. This was never mentioned in the listing.

The booking reference is 9513045. I have submitted a detailed complaint via email (with video evidence), but so far I’ve only received automatic replies. I’ve also filed a formal complaint through ECC Denmark.

I would still appreciate a proper and timely resolution — ideally before this has to escalate further.

I submitted a formal complaint with video evidence. After several emails and over two weeks of waiting, I’ve received nothing but generic replies like “we’re still working on it.” I’ve also submitted a case to the European Consumer Centre.

Extremely poor customer service. I trusted Novasol for a peaceful holiday and got the opposite.
Avoid unless you’re ready to fight for your rights.

We were a group of 10 people – 4 families – and had a wonderful stay at this spacious house right by the sea. The property is large, with a beautiful garden full of greenery and even turtles, and direct access to the sea. There was plenty of outdoor space to relax, and inside the house, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which gave us comfort and privacy.

The house is very well equipped – air conditioning in every room, a dishwasher, and two coffee machines (one for beans and one for capsules, though we missed having a drip coffee maker). The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the availability of clean drinking water straight from the tap.

The beach right next to the house is rocky, like most of Croatia, with steps leading into the water – great for swimmers, though less ideal for small kids or less confident swimmers. For children, there is a nice beach just a 5-minute walk from the house, where it’s easier to swim and enjoy the sea. There’s even a small beach bar nearby where you can get ice cream. Our only wish was that the house had a swimming pool – the kids especially would have loved that.

The nearest store is a bit of a walk, but we enjoyed it as a daily outing. There’s also a nice restaurant nearby up the hill. We used Uber frequently, which was very affordable and made it easy to get to Trogir Old Town or even to Split.

Overall, the house was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing holiday close to nature. Communication with the host was excellent – quick, kind, and always helpful when needed. Thank you for a great stay!

We booked towels and sheets but due to trafic problems we arrived quite late. We only received an address and no clear instructions. We thought the sheets would be in the package automat, but appearently these are kept in the shop, which was closed by the time we arrived. I tried to contact the emergency nummer, but no one answers...

House is clean, kitchen not so.
Some cups are darts, as well as knifes, and not all plates were clean, food stains from the guests before
Fridge , was warm at arrival, the knob to turn cold was broke

Overall we had a good stay at the summerhouse through Novasol. Super cute summerhouse and top notch decoration made us feel right at home. The toilet was a little broken though and the wifi was a joke. TV worked great as it had its own connections. Kitchen was very small but everything was there to cook a small meal. We realized there was no power to the washing machine. Contact hours were sketchy but once we got a hold of them, company came out same day to fix. On our last night, TV wasn’t working after hours so we had to skip watching the last episode knowing it would take at least a day to repair. So don’t expect repairs or service within the hour. Was very doable for a fantastic price though. Definitely would do this again with Novasol.

We had a wonderful stay at this summer house! The entire property was spotless and clearly very well taken care of. The garden was beautifully maintained and made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Kids played and enjoyed while we barbecued ☺️

Inside, the rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Both the bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy some quality time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free escape!

Don't use Novasol, if you want to have a good holiday.
It was a bad experience from the start. I arrived at the house at the agreed time and the house was dirty. The floors, the kitchen, the toilet and bathroom. As I walk around the house, I noticed a guy entering the garden with out saying Hi, and he just starts driving around the garden cutting grass without any acknowledgement that I am there. Then 30 min later two women enter the house without knocking first. Those apparently are the cleaners.
They start cleaning the house with me in it and it goes very bad as well. They ask me all sorts of personal questions about my stay and my purpose in the summerhouse. It gets very uncomfortable, so I actually leave my belongings in the house with strangers and go into the garden in the rain, where they guy is still driving around cutting grass. And all I was looking forward to in my stay, was being alone and having some quiet time.
When i ring to Novasol about this situation, i find out, that is aparently quite normal, that cleaners are late for their work. Novasol proposal is - why dont i just go to town and get a cup of coffee and send them the bill. This is a very weird proposal. I have no car, i am in the middle of nowhere and the buss comes here once every hour. Going to a nearest city centre for cup of coffee will take 2 hours. I just came from the city specifically to get away from it all and i definitely don't want to go anywhere for a coffee.

When the cleaners leave I get to see the house properly. I see that the most basic things are missing in the house. No trashbags of any sorts, no cleaning things, no toilet paper or paper towel, no salt in the kitchen. And by this time it is already too dark and too late to go to the shops to buy stuff. It is just not normal, that such basics are not in the house that is for rent at the time of the arrival.
But since the cleaning staff were asking me such personal questions about my stay, I don't actually feel safe to sleep with open windows at night in the middle of nowhere. So in stead of sleeping in the big comfortable bedroom on the ground floor, I end up sleeping in the small attic on the first floor, where i at least can have a window open at night and not be scared of people braking in.

A week later, as I relax in the garden, that same guy comes into the garden and starts cutting the grass again, without saying Hi og asking if it is a good time to come and not disturb me. When I ask him to leave and not cut the grass during me being there, he refuses and just keep driving around in his machine.

Later, the wooden hammock frame brakes and I hurt my back, when I fall on the beam. But there is no help to get for any of the weird situations from Novasol, when I call them. I end up cutting my stay short and leaving earlier than is in the contract, because my back hurts and I need to see the medical advice.

So not just a bad experience but also a company that just doesn't care. And the conclusion - if you want to relax on your holiday, choose any other provider, but Novasol!

Easy booked, excellent value acco

We had a wonderful time. What a fantastic spacious and cozy furnished house, with a beautiful view of the lake and a large terrace to relax. You can see that there is a lot of attention for the comfort of the guests. Excellent beds, wonderful shower, and lots of privacy. The area is beautiful for walking and cycling and have beautiful surroundings and to enjoy culture. Absolutely recommended!

We’ve stayed in many holiday homes across Denmark and have booked with various providers – but NOVASOL is by far the best!

This house was an absolute dream: spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated in a simple Scandinavian design. Nothing was missing – the equipment was well thought out and high-quality. The mattresses are comfortable, the room layout is excellent, and the bathroom is a true wellness highlight.

The location deserves special mention – it truly couldn’t be better!

If we had to mention anything at all (and that would be at a very high level), it might be worth considering offering special allergy-friendly bedding – that would take it to a real high-end class.

All in all: 5 stars plus – we will definitely come back!
If the current standard is maintained, quality does not decline, and continued investment is made, this house will remain a perfect holiday retreat in the future – especially for couples, though less suitable for children.

We found a folder in the house with information. At the end there was a damage form, but there was no form for complains for things we found not working, damaged or dirty.
WE HAVE NOT CAUSED ANY DAMAGE
Floor of the whole house dirty - gritty from sand, vacuum cleaner dust bag completely full (overflowing) no spare bags in house, dining table leg broken (visible signs of repair -glue) parasol damaged, could not be opened.
Positive: The house is nicely located, electric, water, heating working perfect, garden is nice, car parking good, garden shed has room for storing personal goods

Website is easy to use.

All things about this last reservation was OK. On boarding summer house was clean.

Spaming for reviews before we have been to the summer house. If you need a review before we have been there, then all i can give is one star. We have recieved 3 spam review mails so i guess you need the review now.

Edit, they dont send you the adress, you have to guess where to find the summer house. What a joke.

App is easy to navigate

The house was not clean at all, with moulds in the shower. Overall hygene level was very poor.
At our arrival there was no toilet paper, no kitchen paper, no towels, no dishwasher soap, no hands-soap, no dish soap, no vacuum cleaner, and basicaly almost nothing to clean up with.
Not suitable for kids.
We had to go to a supermarket at 10km distance to buy all this stuff for basic needs.
At least toilet paper and soap are bacis stuff that should be provided.
