Greedy and lack of care of for people with diabetes

Withdrawal of the Ryzodeg 70/30 Flextouch pen has impacted people with diabetes in Australia. Their excuse? The mechanism of the Flextouch pen is in short supply, as it is shared with the Semaglutide devices. As the Flextouch is still widely available in the UK, India and US, I am smelling bull***. More likely they do not make as much money for it in Australia versus the US. I have patients that cannot use the Novopen due to dexterity issues, particularly post CVA and putting in that blasted cartridge. You only have to see their pricing racket with Wegovy and Ozempic to see how capital focused they are. Providers will remember, especially when your rivals bring out new products..... what goes around ......

The worst by phone customer service

The worst by phone customer service. They are advertising to you when you have a problem with their product another number is reading you all the legal garbage. I just wanted help. This customer service is a real sickness. They make enough money to pay for better service to their customers. They take the money and run.

Non-interested customer service-2x faulty Novopen 6’s

On my second Novopen 6 issued on prescription. First developed a fault where screen stopped working. I approached Novo Nordisk and they didn’t want to know- said I needed to go back to issuer for them to return under warranty. Second Novopen 6 has developed a different fault, where the screen constantly says ‘error’ and basically not fit for purpose, which is rather like Novo Nordisk customer service. Very poor indeed

Mobbekultur

Managers bribe employees to become their friends and push out people they cannot control, i.e., people who have a moral compass and thus don't condone their unprofessional behavior and unethical decisions.

There is no point in bringing the matter to HR as they protect the overall image of the company and do not care one bit about individuals who are suffering under toxic management.

It is a self-sufficient society of spectacle where incompetence and dereliction are thriving, as long as the reputation of "verdens bedste arbejdsplads" is kept intact.

They don't care about about your concernss

This is one of the worst, if not THE very worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. To try to call them with any kind of question or concern is impossible. When emailing them you never get an answer. No matter how many times you email any dept. they never care enough about you or your concern to answer. Just extremely poor customer service and concern. If there were another place to get my medication I would jump at the chance

Unbelievable how a big pharma company…

Unbelievable how a big pharma company can have such bad customer service. I’ve been trying to get approved since July of 23. It’s now January of 24 and still can’t get approved nor talk to anybody. I’ve waited on hold for two hours to hear my wait time was getting longer. Now I just hear over 30 minutes. Always something missing on app and when it’s submitted, something else is missing. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Don’t think they care nor do they read their reviews.

One star because 0 is not an option

One star because 0 is not an option. I applied for the PAP and it took 4months to get it approved. They kept stating it was missing information or illegible. It was corrected and faxed multiple times. The doctors office tried to call and hold times are 1-2 hrs on a slow day. Same thing when I call, plan on holding most of day. It’s very frustrating and poorly run. But I need the meds.

Disgusted and Furious

Actually the number of stars are zero bur I was forced to put a 1. I can not believe the hell I have been through with this company. First of all, 2 1/2 hours of holding. I started the process to get my parents on Ozempic since Trulicity couldn’t keep up with the demand. I started the process in June of this year and after going back and forth for nearly three months with whatever info they said they didn't have. I spent countless hours dealing with them. FINALLY, they’re approved but this is only through the end of this year. So on October 15, I started the reapplication process. I’ve mailed and faxed them info for both of my parents. I get an automatic recording saying they didn’t have all the information they needed - AGAIN and was told to call them. So after being on hold for OVER 2 1/2 hours (my normal wait time has been 1 1/2 hours) they say my parents were denied!?! They said they made too much income. I asked how since were they were just approved a couple months ago giving the SAME income info I just provided. I realized what they carelessly did was add both of the Household incomes togethers. It clearly states on the forms- number in household-. I put “2” on both my forms- meaning they share the income stated. They don’t each have individually the income stated on their forms. Novo added BOTH incomes stated on their form and got an income they DON’T remotely have- $27,000 more than what they have TOGETHER .
I tried explaining that to them and all the woman kept telling me that it was denied and now I’d have to appeal. They can’t do simple math!! Who is working there????? So now I have to wait for a call to do an “appeal” and if I don’t hear back after 72 hours, I’d have to call back AGAIN and waste half my day AGAIN. What on earth am I supposed to do??? I’m and my parents are paying for gross negligence of reviewing their applications. I have never been so flabbergasted and angry before in my life with a company. They made the mistake but they wouldn’t even listen to me when I tried explaining it. I’m going have to go through their doctor to see what on earth I’m going to do to get their diabetic medication. Novo Nordisk, this is beyond so sloppy, careless, so unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m disgusted.

Lack of supply chain resilience

Currently having my eyesight damaged due to continued destabilisation of blood sugar levels, because these incompetent fools don't know how to create a resilient supply chain for a life-altering product.

Amateur hour honestly, it's day 4 and I'm still unable to obtain Tresiba, every other work around provided by healthcare teams has been made impossible by Novo's initial inability to provide a sustainable supply of one of their own core products, and as a secondary effect this has caused a cascade failure into other parts of the Diabetes medication supply chains of other manufacturers.

These clowns should be held to account for this negligence. And once supply is stabilised from other sources they should be cut out of the market for being incompetent, under prepared and shambolically disorganised.

If you can't find a specific type of plastic GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE, it's man-made and shouldn't take 4 months to resolve unless you came into it naive or under prepared to begin with.

Novo pens both flex and Echo

I have in the last 6 weeks experienced 2 novo pen 6 failures.
They work for a few occasions over a week then the button at the end of the pen jams and becomes unusable. Medical team couldn't find a replacement so I was provided Levermire flex pens in a pack of 5 so far 3 have failed in 5 days. Contact made with company who were very unhelpful and wouldn't replace any of the failed pens. I have returned the novo pen echo plus pen and written for a copy of the analysis of why the pen failed no answer provided.

Horrible company

Horrible company ! I have used their " flex pens " INSULIN for 13 years . Suddenly , they have ceased the flex pens and are producing a skinnier and slower pens and in addition have 250 units per pen vs the previous 300 units . NOT even my pharmacist was aware of the unit discrepancies . I have also notified my insurance carrier ! It was charging me $500 per box ! Since there is 17% less quantity now and coming from an inferior and inflexible pen , my insurance and I should be paying $100 less per box . ARE WE ???

If you cannot keep up with a demand for…

If you cannot keep up with a demand for your product, stop making it period! This Wegovy thing is so annoying and just careless for any company to decide who can and who cannot take their medication. First there is the price point, once you get over that and start taking it then they announce ANOTHER shortage! I pray other companies come up with a better product and this one is left on the shelves to collect dust! I have never witnessed a company so mismanaged as to not be able to supply a product they make. Shame on the CEO and anyone affiliated with this drug. It’s the greed of these pharmaceutical companies that is killing our nation!

My pen was in the fridge and something…

My pen was in the fridge and something spilled on it. It jammed up the mechanism. It is a full pen. I called Novo Nordisk for assistance. They said "We cannot help you as this isn't a manufacturing defect." I said, neither is an accident when I drop something on the aisle of the Grocery store, but I'll guarantee you they never say "We can't help you." Truth is, Novo Nordisk CHOOSES not to help me. I told them I would get a syringe and extract the drug myself. "We don't recommend that." Totally unresponsive to a customer need. Totally uncaring. Not a great company culture, I would imagine.

There a bunch of problems

There's a couple things I want to point out about this company. I applied for the Patient assistance program for Ozempic. It says on the application it takes 2 days of processing. So I faxed in my application as my doctor did her's. I waited a few days. I called the number to check the status....first it takes a long time just to get to a customer service specialist....like jumping from to other in the menu. The automated recorded voice is very slow. So by the time I enter my zip code and birthdate....my ID is not verified. So when press 2 to talk to a customer service specialist. That is the biggest problem. It tells me to hold for the "next available" customer service specialist....instead, I'm still waiting for a half hour or longer to talk to someone. This has been going on for days and days every time I try to get a hold of a specialist. There is no online chat or email. The second problem is I have is their savings cards for Wegovy, Ozempic, and/or Saxenda. It is very deceiving with the price you pay and save. For example, "pay little as $0 commercially insured patients" But in reality it's drug coverage for that medication....But in the small fine print it says I can save $500...which is $800/month. What is the point of the savings card for commercially insured patients who don't have drug coverage for these specific drugs? Most insurance companies won't cover these drugs because its for weight loss and obesity. I got denied with a prior authorization and denied for an appeal for Ozempic. I just don't understand why most insurance companies won't cover an drug for a obesity...especially when it is a big problem around the world and it's a $1300 drug (a month) This is what insurance is for....to help pay for medication. I literally just paid $0 copay for Nurtec without insurance using a savings card....I was informed by several people that pharmacists are suppose to use the savings coupon for the people who don't have drug coverage....then the pharmaceutical companies bills the insurance companies....but this company wants us to have insurance....the savings cards are WORTHLESS! Right now I'm still on hold for almost 45 minutes to talk to a customer service specialist as I'm writing this review.
Novo Nordisk....if you read this review. Please make some changes.

Customer service/ supervisor call back

I called a week before thanksgiving to see if I can get a replacement pen. The week of thanksgiving I called and waited over an hour for someone to answer my call. Finally when I was able to get in touch with someone they said they will not replace my wegovy pen because it was an administrative error. I had dropped my pen and it ignited the medication to start coming out of the needle. Well once that happens you can’t insert it into your body. Therefore, I lost a week worth of medication.
I have been using this medication for a year now and it has helped me loose 38 pounds. I would definitely recommend this to other people struggling to loose weight.
However, one time I am asking for this company to replace one pen and they won’t? Well I have another medication that is a injection and the same thing happened and they replaced it no problems. So why is this company any different? Maybe if you were able to insert the pen into your body after it ignites so I could of gotten some of the medication in my body rather then none I wouldn’t care so much. But that is a whole medication pen down the drain.

I have asked now 2x for a supervisor to call me back about this and they have not. So now I am here writing this review. Maybe I’ll finally have a supervisor give me a call.

cant Trust Trustpilot.

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. I’m not sure what the problem is for the people posting however I have never had problems with my insulin and am happy to give them 5 stars. I use their novo rapid and always have good bgl control. The ease of use of the pen is also appreciated.

Why I came to this site is I’m having no end of trouble with Trustpilot and as they won’t let me post on their page I thought I might try elsewhere. This is the only Danish company I use. Anyway Love to hear how Danish people feel about this scamming review company and is anything happening to stop their awful business in Denmark? Seems like they really have an affinity for Chinese scam companies.
