I ordered the Solars Gen 2 and the Magi lenses. I only received the Solars Gen 2 but not the Magi Lenses. I have sent THREE EMAILS and tried to respond to a text from NSPRE, but have received NO response via text nor email. I recommended this company to several of my peers, to which some have made purchases. I just want my Magi lense which I paid for. I don’t know if the lenses were
to come in a separate box as only the Solars Gen 2 was in the box. Inside then box there is a paper that has the Magi Lenses being checked off as sent, but they were not in the box. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and I genuinely enjoy my NSPRE products. I recently purchased the Gen 2 smart glasses and I only have 1 issue.
I wish you guys kept the buttons like your original models. The tap commands are fine but swiping I sometimes miss the mark or swipe the wrong way and might answer a call I intend to reject.
It would be awesome if you all didn’t discontinue your Gen 1 glasses.
I also ordered both the Millen & Slate. Quite honestly, I could have only purchased 1 pair and just ordered additional lenses because the two are the same— which I expressed to support.
Support responded quickly and allowed me to return 1 pair of glasses and sent me the lenses only free so that I can swap out!
Last thing, I love that you all made the frames smaller this time. The others fit ok but Gen 2 fits perfectly!

Never received my order
This place took an order for 2 glasses in March. Took the money and never sent the items or responded to my inquires. They then rebranded and changed their webite address to some variant name. They did not respond to any emails to their updated address. They took my $150 and ran.

I pre-ordered the Eclipse Glasses and they are fun to wear but I like the other material from your other smart glasses much better. I also like that I can customize my lens on my other NSPR glasses. I feel like you all should re-release the eclipse lens in your older model.

I placed two orders
I placed two orders. Date 3/26/22 & 3/22/22 one pair suppose to been the blk eclipse and the second pair eclipse moon! I got to confirmation emails with order numbers. That’s the last I done received from them. That’s a total of 169$ waste. And it’s no way to talk to anyone.
Nspre Electronics is a scam
I placed a preorder for some bluetooth glasses. April came and nothing. No emails no updates. I have sent emails and messages to them. Someone responded once and said orders are shipping out in May. Nothing received and no tracking. I have given up messaging them. I have asked for a refund and no response. The ig account has not been updated and you can not comment on the posts that are posted. Emails are being returned. So they have taken more than my money I see from reviews. It’s so hard to do business with some of the black owned companies. A ripoff.

I LOVE this phone
I LOVE this phone. I've had different cell phones, but I wasn't impressed with them. Galaxy was pretty good, I was still missing something. I read about this young black female who created her own phone, and decided to look into it. I'm glad I did. It's the best cell phone I've ever had. I like the fact that I can take a picture of something, press a button, and get all sorts of info about it. It's easy to use, and not at all complicated like the other phones. Plus, it's cute. I'm hooked, and as long as she's in business, I'm right there with her. I can't wait until she really blows up.
Not for small head
If you have a smal head like mine you're going to need some adjustments, plus everyone can hear your music even at the lowest volume...wouldn't recommend

Thoroughly enjoying my nspre products. I have all the glasses including the limited edition pair. I broke the leg on one pair and their team got me new ones with in days. As for my earbuds, I really like them but I'm not a huge fan of how they look in my ear. I purchased the NX weeks ago and is using it as a secondary phone.

You only refunded one order! Don’t try to do me! I asked for a refund for one of my purchases, like I said, I never received my glasses and it’s been a month!

Issue remains unaddressed
Hi again. I reached out nearly a month ago to express that I did not have the link for my investor package nor do I receive info on any progress. I was admonished for only reaching out x amount of times and for where I reached out yet nothing was rectified.
I still don't have either of those things I requested & my trust is whittled to none. May I have what I am due? Or uninvest me. Just don't give me anymore lip service.
Disappointed
I am a black small business owner now and I needed a second phone for my business. I saw a wonderful add of a black woman who made a new cellphone and I rushed at the opportunity to support! I bought Bluetooth glasses and a cell phone. The glasses are nice. Really had no issues with that. But the phone and the service absolutely sucks. I had issues the first day I bought it. Reached out to customer service and no one ever got back to me. Then I paid for 3 months of service for the phone through Tesix and my service was repeatedly deactivated as if I didn’t pay my bill. I reached out to their customer service SEVERAL times and still to this day I never got a response. Needless to say I no longer use the phone or the service. I paid over $80 for phone service I barely used because of it being deactivated. Complete rip-off. Horrible overall experience with this company. And I would suggest if Tesix is not apart of this company, you find a new phone service because I have been waiting months for a response from them and it never happened. Not a good look for your company.

*** I’m sorry but I think you are not understanding what I am saying. I know it is a separate company. It was your company that referred me to their service though when I purchased the phone. I never even heard of Tesix until I bought this phone. I had issues with the phone before I even purchased service and my request for help was ignored by your company. It’s no big deal though. For me it was a terrible experience and I regret wasting my money but hopefully other consumers will have a better experience. And I’ve already reached out to Tesix several times. I still have tickets open from July and August they they have ignored. The phone service company was only included in this review because it was your company who recommended their service which makes it look like your companies are affiliated. Good day…

It took some time for them to fully charge, but that may have been due to me using them while charging (since there was enough space between the USB charging section and my ear, I was able to test them out while working remotely).
