Would not recommend. The rapid cool flasks didn’t make a difference to the temperature of the water for any of my bottles. I bought two and none have worked. The insulated flask worked at first but then started to not keep it as hot for long as it should have. When emailing Nuby to ask why this is after buying two had no response. Very expensive flask.
Similar review to the one below. My rapid cook stopped working after a few uses. Have emailed 3 times over 3 weeks and no response even sent a direct message on Instagram and no response. Such poor customer service. I actually can’t believe such a company doesn’t even respond to emails.
Dreadful customer support. I bought the Nuby Rapid Cool in February, and after just 3 months, the flask proved to be unsuitable for its intended purpose. I took the time to compose a thorough initial email to Nuby, explaining the situation in detail and even attaching the proof of purchase. To my disappointment, I received multiple emails from different customer service representatives who seemed oblivious to the information I had already provided in my initial message. It took days for them to respond to each email and it appears that they didn't bother reading it at all. In their latest email, they requested that I measure the temperature of the flask using a specific thermometer, which they conveniently offered a link to their website for £6.99. However, I don't own such a thermometer nor have any plans to acquire one—I only have a forehead/ear thermometer—and I certainly won't be purchasing one from them. This company's customer service is truly appalling.
After 3 children and multiple Nuby brand purchases over the years I will not buy any more products from such a company with shoddy customer service nor would I recommend ever again in the future.
What is the logic behind the anti colic bottles? They literally have holes in the teat that leak milk everywhere????? Yet on their website it says NON SPILLING NON LEAKING TEAT?!? How did that pass any test??? I had to put a snap lock bag over the teat with a hair-trigger strapped around the lid to stop the milk from leaking everywhere. Absolutely useless. 0/10 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I purchased the Nuby next to me crib after reading the good reviews on Nuby website. Everytime my baby slept in the crib he'd roll to one side, which is a huge suffocation risk. Especially in newborn babies.
The rock mechanism is very poor and even when it's on lock mode the crib tilts to one side. I did two reviews on the Nuby website and both times they got moderated and removed. They obviously don't accept any negative / bad reviews which is shocking, as its very misleading, untrustworthy and unreliable. The crib is not fit for purpose. After looking on Amazon lots of people have written reviews about the crib dangerously tipping to one side. It's not worth the risk, unless you are planning on permanently fixing to the bed.

Bought a Nuby newborn baby bath and have used it a couple of times. The other night I spotted that the ink from two warning labels on the inside of the bath had run into my baby's bath water, and that she'd smeared it all over her hand. Obviously concerning from a safety point of view, but also clearly not fit for purpose as a bath. I submitted a review, with photographs, to Nuby's website directly, but they refused to publish it, so here I am. Shocked at the poor quality given the ubiquity of the product.
I bought a weaning bib and couldn't be happier. It is soo soft my son is not trying to take it of. It fully protects his clothes and inside of high chair. Very easy to wash and dry. Just gorgeous 😍
I tried to order an online product which is no longer available so I emailed the company and was actually sent the product I needed completely free of charge, including postage.
Was dealt with from start to finish by Rebecca who was an absolute diamond. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot praise her enough.

I ordered 2 cot mobiles both faulty. Tried contacting nuby customer services by phone as it says to call prior to returning items but couldn't get to speak to anyone just kept getting cut off after going through the options. Emailed and filled out contact form but no one responded. Very bad customer service. I would not recommend nuby to anyone.
Reluctant to just send them back as this will mean paying postage at my cost as there downloadable returns form isn't postage paid.
Absolutely appalling service.
Ended up contacting PayPal who are sorting it out to issue a refund. I won't be ordering from nuby again....

Have a problem with my double breast pump which cant wait 2 days for a response as its not working. Been trying since you opened to phone as its an emergency, can't get through. Doesn't put you in a queue to wait for someone to answer. Rings once, tells you everyone is busy and to try again later. I filled the form out and it said "in an emergency call us". I dont have a milk stash in my freezer for my baby to have whilst I work, I work 6 days a week. No idea what im meant to do!

Marie at customer service went above and beyond. I am so so impressed with the customer service I received. Up until now I have only bought the rapid cool but now I will be buying everything Nuby as the customer service has been second to none!

I have been trying to contact Nuby on the phone constantly since Monday and constantly busy and to call back. Submitted on-line forms for someone to phone me, no response. Submitted email to enquiries for someone to phone me, no response. Highly frustrated. Ordered and paid for a wooden baby walker, however, a plastic walker delivered. Absolutely unacceptable.

Scammers! Avoid them at all cost. I have bought several items on 21 November. I have never received any of the items I have purchased (I have bought 5 of them) nor my money back! Completely shameless. - They have acknowledged that the delivery company ,Evri, has misplaced the order, but I then have never heard back form them nor received any refund.

Although we are disappointed to have not receiving items after ordering almost a month ago for our newborn I understand it was down to the courier service.
Nuby were promtp in first re-ordering a replacement then refunding the order after the courier service failed them and us on 2 occasions.

I ordered my 7 months old granddaughter a ball pit as her big present Got told it was out for delivery on the 16th, It never appeared then got told there was a problem and that it would be delivered next working day which was the 17th but then got told there's a delay with your parcel and they'd be in contact on the 19th I'm still waiting and trying to get through to nuby to see where my parcel is is just a nightmare No one answers the phone or emails Worse company I've ever dealt with Now I'm stressed not knowing whether it will be here on time I wish I'd done what I was going to do in the first place which was get it out of another store I just want answers but can't get any help at all

Got these as a gift for my baby shower as they were on my wish list. I was so excited as i’d seen so many good reviews. Tried the rapid cool finally and the lid was green only. Instantaneously green? Felt the liquid and it was cool.. almost too cool? A lot cooler than the milk from my perfect prep machine / i cant even feed this to my son as he’s fussy and prefers warm milk. Not sure where the 2 minutes comes from - the final result would be cold. Such an anti-climax and so disappointed. I will need a replacement asap.

I ordered a santa surprise box for my babies first Christmas. I got a notification saying the item had been delivered however when I got home there was no package. I asked neighbours and they didn’t have it either. I wrote to the company to see if there was a mistake. I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered and signed for. I asked to see proof of signature as no one signed for it and there was no parcel. I now have had no reply and will defo not get another parcel in time for Christmas for my baby. Really upset that I now have to find the time so close to Christmas to run around trying to find something to buy for my baby.
Disgusted in the customer service and disgusted with the delivery company used.

I am one of those people that do not write a review unless it’s a good one but this is an exception and only in the hope that SOMEONE at Nuby will actually see this and get back to me. I have a newborn and the rapid cool flasks I brought do not work, they have never worked from the day I brought them. I informed nuby of this and this was a good month ago. Firstly the contact number nobody answers the phone so I emailed explaining the flask was always green light and would cool too much too quickly. They responded four days later asking me to reset them which I did and still nothing so another few days goes by I get a response asking me to carry out a test and send them a video of what they have asked me to do. So the video is too big to send in a email, at this point I have spent £140 and are no better off with a screaming newborn and now I would like a refund instead of a replacement because I cannot do backwards and forwards. So I have emailed now three times and still no response! I think the idea is that you hope your customers would just give up after a while. I will not be purchasing from this company again and I strongly advise anyone looking to buy their products to not buy direct from them as their customer service is appalling and to be wary that the rapid cool flasks probably nearly every one of them they have made do not work or eventually won’t. Waste of money and unnecessary stress! What a shame!

I placed an order on the 24/11/22, Still not received it, have emailed Nuby 3 times and had NO response at all, when you ring it says they are busy (even tried different extension numbers!!) Have rang them 3 times too, Tracking info says "on its way", going to contact my credit card to say goods not delivered.
