3 months now since they promised to replace a defective shield pro and still nothing. Customer Service keeps giving me the run around. The unit was only a month old when it failed. They say they arent in stock. So I guess Customers dont matter. Will never buy from them again. Terrible company with the worst customer service

Blatant Theft and No Communication

Placed an order for an expensive gfx card on March 23rd. Called my bank to authorize it when it was denied the first time, then the order was accepted and the money was withdrawn from my account that night. March 24th I wake up to an email saying my order was cancelled for no listed reason. Not even 24 hours had passed. I called to figure out the reason and was told there wasn't one, but it might have been a stock issue. I asked when I would be refunded, and was told it would take 10-12 business days. After 13 went by, I had to contact customer service again and I was told to wait 3-4 more. When I asked why again, they said that a product needed to land at the warehouse before it could be returned. WHAT PRODUCT? IT WAS CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY BY THEM. Why the hell am I the one who has to keep asking for my 700 dollars back? Were they just hoping I'd give up? It's April 26th and I've involved the bank now. I have to receive a single update from NVIDIA since April 10th. Completely unacceptable service.

NVIDIA charged me 600 TL instead of 45 TL — then told me "not our problem"

I've been a GeForce NOW Founder member for years. My monthly payment was always 45 TL — until this month. The automatic payment failed, so I manually renewed through the system.

Instead of 45 TL, 600 TL was charged to my card. And my Founder membership was terminated — I was moved to a more expensive plan without my consent.

I contacted the local Turkish partner Game Plus on Sunday and Monday. No reply for 3 days.

So I went to NVIDIA Global Support. After finally reaching a live agent named Prakash, here's what happened:

Me: Explained the situation — incorrect charge, terminated Founder status, Game Plus unresponsive.
Prakash: "Game Plus provides the service in Turkey, we have no control. Contact them."
Me: "I've been trying for 3 days. Can you transfer me to someone who can help?"
Prakash: "We have no account for Turkey users. You must contact Game Plus."

So NVIDIA took my 600 TL, terminated my lifetime Founder benefits, and is now refusing to help — while their local partner ignores me.

If NVIDIA charges my card, NVIDIA is responsible. Passing me around and blaming Game Plus is not a solution.

Still waiting for a real answer.

Prevented Me From Changing Settings

Nvidia "helpfully" decided to automatically install their app, without asking me. It "helpfully" decided to override my settings across ALL games, forcing it to the maximum (I have a 1660, so why maximum is entirely beyond me) and "helpfully" prevented me from saving any edits to the settings in-game when I made them.
I uninstalled that malware from my computer and hope it will "helpfully" never show its face again.

you forgot regular customers

NVIDIA makes amazing GPUs, no question. But lately normal gamers and PC builders are an afterthought. Most of the attention seems aimed at AI companies with huge budgets.

Not everyone is building an ai rig. Some of us just want a reasonably priced card for gaming, editing, or everyday work without paying luxury-brand money. Make real mid-range options that are actually affordable and available. Once again, your gpus are good. Just don't forget about normal customers please

Ordered a graphics card and it was…

Ordered a graphics card and it was immediately faulty. The fact I can pay over half a grand for a card and it comes broken is absurdly unprofessional and just downright impressive.
Time to switch to AMD. NVIDIA has enough issues as is without selling you faulty hardware.

Gamers built this company

Gamers built this company, we bought cards for years and made them rich. We now get slapped in the face with the prioritization of AI $lop crap nobody asked for. Soon price will be unobtanium for most while affordable stock vanishes. All for data center profits! I'm done with NVIDIA and will make my 3080 and 2070 last as long as I can, even if it means playing older Indie games.... which really isn't a bad thing! I might pick up an affordable AMD 9070 soon before GPUs get out of my range. I will NEVER pay for Cloud Compute!

As a once-proud manufacturer of quality…

As a once-proud manufacturer of quality graphics cards for consumers and corporations alike,
Nvidia’s fall from grace is a lesson to us all, with great power comes great responsibility, something Nvidia has shown they are unable to handle.
The quality of their products does not align with the price and is neither worth your money nor your time.
Luckily, there are other and better competitors on the market who value their customers and their products more than Nvidia does.

Be good to yourself, and don’t waste your energy on Nvidia.

Costumer Betrayal

They build their fortunes of gamers and pc builders, and what is their way of thanking their loyal costumers?
They decide to focus on AI slop and raise their prises 150%…
Even if this shitty company backtracks, I am never investing another penny with them again.

NVIDIA is a Scam

NVIDIA prioritizes what is financially and visually profitable for themselves rather than customer experience/service.

NVIDIA is not only a corporate clown of a company, but they also fail to provide their customers with fundamental needs; truly a corporate sellout.
