Paper launch to drive up prices.

Paper launch to drive up prices.

More than a month from launch date; but no stock available anywhere. Only handful of supplies for idiot influencer to hype up demands while there are no supplies for public.

Installing app

What am I installing? How big is it? How long does it take? I guess I will just wait indefinitely and hopefully this app installs so I can play a game.

Undelivered promises

Paper launches. Lies. Undelivered promises. Overpriced products. Last good product was Pascal (GTX 10-series) more than 10 years ago.

An absolute trash company that deserves…

An absolute trash company that deserves to be abolished from this earth. They sell overpriced GPUs with subpar performance and performance uplift compared to the last generation and manipulate their consumers with their AI DLSS technology, where they use seemingly amazing benchmarks from DLSS results rather than pure power to demonstrate "performance", while ignoring the flaws of DLSS, including the fact that it isn't available for the majority of games. Not only this, but they deliberately keep the stock of new GPUs thin at launch to make it seem like they're in high demand (because they're out of stock everywhere), while making more money from every card. They're greedy scums.

Shareholders over consumers

Endless next-quarter thinking has reduced the Nvidia brand to "F-tier value for S-tier prices". 5070 should have had 16GB VRAM minimum, 5080 w 24/32 SKUs, 5090 32/48/+. Releasing a $1,000+ GPU in 2025 with a crippling 16GB is a monopolistic crime against the consumer.

I hope Trump puts 100% tariffs on Taiwan chip-makers, then and only then would these prices make sense.

I've purchased Nvidia since the days of 3DFX, but this might be the nail in the coffin, seriously considering a competitor card this year.

Powerful Performance, but Room for Improvement

I recently purchased the NVIDIA RTX 4070, and overall, I’m impressed with its performance. The card handles demanding games and applications effortlessly, providing smooth frame rates and stunning visuals. Its DLSS 3.0 technology is a game-changer, significantly boosting performance without sacrificing quality.

The card is also energy-efficient, running cooler and quieter than expected, which is a big plus for me. The build quality feels premium, and installation was a breeze.

However, the reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. While the performance is excellent, I feel that the cost could be more competitive, especially considering other options on the market. Additionally, the 12GB VRAM is sufficient for most tasks now but might feel limiting for future-proofing in the long run.

That said, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend the RTX 4070 to anyone looking for a high-performance GPU for gaming or productivity.

During my recent customer service…

During my recent customer service interaction with a representative named Kenny, I encountered a concerning approach to customer retention. Instead of exploring solutions or addressing my potential concerns, the representative appeared more focused on processing my subscription cancellation.
Key Observations:
The support representative demonstrated minimal effort to retain my subscription
No proactive troubleshooting or alternative service options were presented
The interaction suggested a systemic disconnect in customer engagement strategies
Potential Implications:
Lack of personalized customer support
Missed opportunity for service recovery
Potential negative impact on brand loyalty
Recommendation:
NVIDIA may benefit from reviewing its customer service protocols to ensure representatives prioritize customer retention and problem-solving over expedient ticket closure.

Online store is an absolute joke

It's impossible to make an account on Nividia's store. First, in order to even make one, you need to put a product in the cart and go to the purchase screen where it then prompts you to make an account. Seriously, who thought this was a good idea? And then you're constantly presented with errors that the browser is in "private mode" (It's not btw). I also turned my VPN off and even uninstalled every browser extension, and I'm still presented with errors. And even after FINALLY making an account, it's impossible to even do things like add an address to it because once again, errors galore.

If you don't want people to buy products from your site, then don't have one in the first place. Don't make us waste our time with this garbage, poorly made site.

Incredible

This is the best streaming gaming service available. BUY ULTIMATE. I play Destiny 2 Professionally, and I use this service a lot traveling. There is very little latency. Don’t even notice it at all. I can play with no lag perfectly and do some of the most difficult raids and content from my iPhone with a PS5 controller. It’s absolutely incredible the quality of service. I also have never waited long at all. My Rig is almost always instantly available with their highest tier service. The people bombing the reviews either 1.) Have bad internet or 2.) did not purchase the highest tier. I’m telling you, as a professional gamer who raids to eat, this service is incredible. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. You will not be disappointed in their highest tier package. 10/10

tried out the Nvidia cloud gaming app…

tried out the Nvidia cloud gaming app on my chromebook. it isn't cloud gaming at all, it just leads you to different options to download PC software like steam which is impossible for me on this system. even the games that were free to play just led to purchase links for PC software to download. was impossible to contact customer support or even to create a ticket. there was no way to play a single game on the app at all.

NVIDIA GPUS are great

About 3 weeks ago, I bought a gaming pc with a brand new INNO3D RTX 3060 8GB, I tried many games like PUBG, CS2, Mortal Kombat X and many more and the RTX holds the graphics really nice, Its my first time trying such a powerful GPU, yes its expensive, but its worth it, unlike the 4060 ( if you plan on building a gaming setup, its better to find a 3060 12GB instead of the 4060 8GB ).

Online gift card purchase never received - stay away

I paid for an online gift card, which they never sent to me by email. Customer support refused to redeem it to my account from their end, which should be a simple and easy to execute task.
I waited nearly a week with no response from the escalation team, and told multiple chat assistants that there must be a bug in their outgoing email because I have not received any, (they had already said they sent emails)
They said they would be in contact soon, by email...
Later found out that no refunds are permitted on Geforce now purchases.
£20 down the drain. Shocking
