This is my girlfriends geforce now im just dealing with it all for her that being said: Avoid geforce now like the plaue, totally broken and useless. I've been in a back and fourth for 2 weeks with their horrendous customer support and it takes days to hear back from them, each time asking the EXACT same questions!!!!! They're utterly useless! Shes not been able to play a single game using it on her xbox. Simply doesn't work. But honestly the broken service doesn't come close to the "customer support" when it comes to stress levels.

BAD VR driver for more than a year no follow up , blamming other software like RGB led. still selling the 30serie as vr compatible with no working stutter free driver for those card. Ngreedia is only focus on cyberpunk and other big AAA title and selling their stuff

I have 2 shields, both bought some years ago. Now Nvidia has decided that my homepage, has to be an add for Disney+ and others. There's no way to turn it off. So goodbye to neutral home screen, and hello to forced advertisements on a premium paid product. Will never ever support Nvidia again after this move. The leaders in that company, are obviously greedy and doesn't care about customers at all. So biiipp off Nvidia 👋

Absolute fu*king worst company to deal with. We were double charged $145 for their new gaming membership. its been more than a week now and we still cant get through for a follow up on a refund. After reading other peoples reviews it seems there needs to be a way to shut this company down

How the hel are you guys just gonna sit there and let prices get outrageous. If there is demand for gpu then you greedy scumbags should be pumping them out until there is no reason to. I blame you guys for prices being 3 times what the damn things are worth. And do you care? Hell no. That's why when I do buy a too expensive gpu it won't be from you guys.

Utterly useless! They are charging for a service that simply does not work. Old and outdated hardware, lag, stuttering, frame drops etc. etc. I am on a 1GB fiber optic broadband connection, and have tried to give Nvidia constructive feedback since the early beta days (I got a Founder subscription), but they are clearly not listening. Stay away until Nvidia decides to invest in the hardware needed to deliver a quality service! Shame on you Nvidia!

❌ Not working with PS controllers, ❌ Not working on Android TV. They say it should, but actually are huge liars. Customer service is bad af, people not knowing what they are saying, claiming that you'll get a refund and then explaining it's actually impossible 2 weeks later. NVIDIA is known to be a scamming company, and this service is no exception. Paid for 6 months, never had the opportunity to play. Never expect a refund, the scam is well established and you'll never succeed.

Repair Service to much poor

High quality products, use their gtx1660ti and had no problems , fans ran smoothly , games ran smoothly and it's a enjoyment to play games using nvdia products.

Dumped geforce now as i bought resi evil and the week after got pulled. No apology or refund.

This GPU software "Nvidia - Geforce 900mx" seldom works. It does nothing, instead make system hanging and over heated. Avoid buying above company software/ installed systems.

Woops... deliberately misleading. Bought a 3060 ti for office use and bitcoin mining (I already had one and it worked fine). 3060 ti's are expensive and one expects them to have a return on investment of no more than 7 months. I noticed that the new model mined about 2/3rd or half the speed as the other. Then I investigated, the new 3060 ti says: lite hashrate. Meaning, they intentionally reduced the efficiency. WHHHAAATTT a scam, man. You spend money on 3060 ti and they effectively give you half but they charge you the full amount. That puts my return on investment to over a year.

Company is junk. Lets random charges hit your paypal repeatedly. Then refuses to give refund for someother person and email using different email's paypal account. Dont sign up. Trash.

Nvidia is the worst company There is what ever driver i download i get high latency lag with nvlddmkm.sys and that happens every year like what is going On for a month everything is fine end then new update comes along and then out of nowhere same damn issue comes back without me even updating The driver it just gives me an error for that driver and suddenly bluescreen so i think ok maybe its just some error so i reboot and I get bluescreen again same error before i even get to my sign into windows login place when you reboot your computer which resultat to a clean boot/install of Windows and then when u finally fixed the bsod error you cant even play games stutter free anymore when nvlddmkm.sys gives high latency problem so you think ok it might be windows and you try different builds with different nvidia drivers and you get The exact same problem anyway with nvlddmkm.sys so no matter how hard you try its the same bad results so shame on you nvidia you are really The worst company There is for costummer service and programing company for drivers The only thing i can say which is good is the quality of your cards but thats about it and that can only benefit miners since they mine better with those cards

I have missclicked and changed my email to wrong one for my nvidia account. It was immediately accepted and I could not log in since, because I cant confirm my login from missclicked email. But what is even worse is the nvidia's support, live chat says it curently does not work and I cant send a ticket since it requieres login. I have written on nvidias facebook site, and on their info@... email. After two days, still no reply whatsoever. Support is a joke..
