Great and highly recommended

I have noticed that Nybolig states that a specific property has been sold after being advertised for 29 days, which I know for a fact is untrue; A property I know of has been up for sale for 14 months, but they take the advertisement on and off, which makes them look very efficient and good at selling but they are clearly not that good....

I bought a house through Nybolig Rønde, the house suddenly shows signs of having a basement with 365 m2 crack in the same height all the way around, which shows signs of being tryed hidden from previous owner and are not in the condition report.
After reaching out to all parts also Nybolig Rønde, their response are "i am sorry" no remorse, guilt or interest in figuring out what problems there are in the package they sold, in their own claim then they are NOT an advisor of the seller but their real estate agent.
Yet still i get documentation from the seller that they have adviced him not to go into a dialogue, which now has ended is a court case between all parts.

I would suggest others buying house in Rønde to use a different real estate company.

Imagine two salespeople each trying to sell a pen for 100 DKK. One truly believes in its value and sells it for the full 100 DKK. The other just wants a quick sale—so they sell 100 pens for 1 DKK each and brag about ‘selling everything.’ That’s Nybolig Christianshavn’s game: undervalue your property for an ‘easy sale,’ then boast about their high success rate. On top of that, I found them arrogant during the valuation process and dismissive of my concerns. If you don’t mind getting less for your home, go with them—but don’t expect them to fight for the best price.

We have visited a few houses with them and it was always a pleasure time. The real state agent gave us space to check the place at our own pace and was calling our attention to small nice details we could miss. Even though they work for the sellers, they treat the buyers fairly.

I had a bad buyer experience with Nybolig salesperson. I would prefer to work with anybody else but Nybolig while I am searching to buy. I was very serious and straightforward about buying. Have agreed the price, sent offer, got counteroffer and accepted it immidiately. Got købsaftale. Was about to sign it. The next morning after købsaftale has been sendt to me, Salesguy from Nybolig calls me and tells there is someone else and what would be my top price. Note, I saw an apartment just an evening before for the second time where no word was mentioned about second buyer. And the next day after I got købsaftale - the appartment was sold to another party. So he waited to the very moment of my signature to pressure about the higher price. Its easy to figure out that the second buyer was there all along. I spent many hours on this matter. Yes you can do all these tricks to upper the price as much as possible but it felt completely untrustworthy and unprofessional and completely ruined the relationship for me not just in this matter but for future search as well. I refused to upper anything as I had a bad taste in the mouth about all of this. Next time if købsaftale won’t be signed by the myself and the seller within 1 day after it has been developed i am out of the deal no matter how much i would want to buy. I learned that any prolonged time means only one thing - there is somebody else while u are given the impression that the deal is closed - but your købsaftale is only used to upper the price - note, after all negotiations have already been made and written down. As mentioned yes, I understand that a sailsperson (mægler) is working for the seller and has to sell to the highest price. Nevertheless i think that a little transparency would help a long way, and i think that such tricks serve badly long term, its hard to negotiate with somebody where you know you cannot trust a single word, not even on the day of signature.

Really disappointing. Very few showings, limited client portfolio, didn't seem to understand the house or the area. I had to bring in another broker, who knew what she was doing, and who had an active client portfolio. She got the job done! Finally, my agreement with Nybolig was not adhered to. Very amateur. That's what I felt far too often. Underperforming. I found it disappointing and do NOT recommend him/them.
