Trustworthy, on time and kind employees!

In our case the broker tried to hide the fact that the seller will take plants and flowers from the garden, but one neighbor told us and he was surprised and he told us that he remembered that the seller will take some rose's. So we are not upset that the seller took flowers, we were upset because we were lied to. I think that Nybolig it's a great company and we didn't have a good experience with Nybolig Tørring, so in conclusion we'll never recommend Nybolig Tørring.

What a terrible experience I've had. I contacted the Nørrebro agency to get an evaluation of my place to sell. The agent, Benjamin Z. seemed pretty arrogant and unprepared, he didn't know anything about the area and didn't provide any useful input or advice about the place. The quality of the service seemed very low compared to other agents met, despite I provided all the documentation regarding my buildiing and apartment.
After his evaluation he pushed me to prefer them to their competitors in a sneaky way, sending me many messages and getting almost personal,
Furthermore, cherry on top, two months later, he mocked me through a text messages when he found out I hadn't sold my place yet. So childish and unprofessional.
(spoiler: place has been happily sold by another agent from a competitor, who worked properly and delivered as promised).

Good service in Nybolig Auning!

Had the very recent unpleasant experience negotiating with Nybolig Lyngby (). He changed the deposit values on the købsaftale without informing us. He delayed sending the signed agreement to the seller. He didn't respond to emails from our lawyer about the status of the offer. We therefore had to set a deadline on the offer and when this expired he didn't contact us. When we contacted him we were told he had agreed a contract with another party who were about to sign - within the next few hours ! But.... if we increased our offer we could outbid the others. Whether this is true or not is doubtful but, either way, it's the most unethical practice I have ever experienced. Buyers BEWARE. Insist on a signed contract from the seller first and read the contract thoroughly. The deadlines are extremely short - only four days- compared to all other contracts we have ever seen. And don't believe anything Stig tells you !
