Power Adapter Never Arrived

Power Adapter Never Arrived
They say products are delivered in 5-15 working days - I still don't have it 36 working days later. They say they will contact the post office, but never come back to me with updates on delivery. I have had several items purchased through Amazon, Wish, AliExpress, all have arrived in half the time. I have asked for a refund, but they say, just wait for it to arrive. Not happy - DO NOT recommend.

Don't expect a fast delivery.

When you order a product from a domain like
nzadaptersdirect.com, you kind of expect them to be New Zealand based. But nope, you learn only after the order completion that they are shipping from China. I ordered an adapter on 30 June and as of 5 August the tracking code is still showing the last status of International departure in Dongguan from 6 July.

They are nothing more than scammers

They are nothing more than scammers. About two months ago, I ordered a laptop adapter for them. They claimed on their website that they deliver in 24 hours. It took me more than a month and a half to receive the parcel, after much follow-up and complaints to PayPal. A week later, the adapter burned out and failed. Fake item!

Fraudulent company

I purchased a Mag safe adapter 60W for my Mac Pro. The adapter failed to work from day 1. It cost me $ NZD 37

I realised they are based in China , although at one point their address showed Auckland based and therefore I placed the order but realised it's a fraudulent company

Please do not ever make a purchase from them

When I wrote to them, their representative offered to refund but I had to pay for the postage. How can they ever be trusted even for the refund and with the cost for the postage being paid from my pocket, the net refund amount would have been minimial even if I was paid back.

Deceitfully give impression they are a New Zealand company. Based in China. Bought a Dell product they claimed was a genuine Dell part - it is not and is incompatible. Tried to get refund and get a response about the non-Dell part - of course no response. Don't go near them!!!

These guys show a NZ address

These guys show a NZ address, and state shipping in 1 - 2 days. This is misleading they are actually in Hong Kong, and they have only just shipped today 8 days since purchase + 2 weeks for it to actually be delivered. I emailed to cancel x4 times (there is no phone), and have been ignored. They also operate with different names - invoice as Power Source Technology Co., Ltd., and Laptoppartsstore. In the meantime I've purchased one from PB tech, got it straight away, official apple part also.
