Seller Beware
I believe I fairly rated each of the 5 devices I sent to OCBuyBack. After receipt, all 5 devices were downgraded or declared to be damaged. I truly believe this was inaccurate and fraudulent in 4 of 5 cases. I received less than half of the price as was originally quoted.
I will never recommend this service to my friends and co-workers, in fact, I will warn them of this scam.

We are sorry you did not have a good experience. We only report on testing results and only reach out when a device isn't as described. Looking over the order details it looks like re-quotes were sent for several issues.
1. There was a Galaxy Note 8 that had a visible black LCD spot. Unfortunately we only take devices with LCD spots as "Damaged" because the value decreases with this issue and requires a new LCD screen.
2. There was a second Note 8 that was submitted in "Like New Condition" but it had a visible LCD screen burn in (ghost image). Unfortunately devices with visible LCD screen burn in do not count as like new condition. The correct condition for this device was "Fair Condition"
3. Next was an iPhone 6 Plus that was submitted as "Good Condition". Unfortunately this device had a cracked screen. A device with a cracked screen goes under the "Minor Damage" condition category.
4. There was an iPhone 6 that was submitted as "Minor Damage" due to a cracked screen. This device passed inspection and the minor damage price was paid out.
5. The final device submitted was an iPhone 5s. We received a 4s instead of a 5s. Unfortunately we do not purchase the iPhone 4s anymore.
We reached out to you via email in regards to these issues and spoke to you over the phone as well. We gave you the option to have the devices sent back to you at our cost but you went ahead and accepted the revised prices.
