You sold a Pixel 2 and selected "like new" condition. The device had scratches on the screen which would be considered "good condition". Unfortunately we cannot pay like new prices for the devices that have signs of wear.
You also sold an iPhone 6s and selected "Good condition". This device had some issues with it that caused the requote. The first issue was that the touch ID (fingerprint sensor) was not functional. The second issue was that the device had white LCD spots visible on a white screen. Unfortunately, good condition devices must be fully functional and this device was not.
We gave you the option to have the devices returned back to you at our cost. Instead you accepted the requotes.

The device you sold was an iPhone XR and selected "Like new" condition. The device had visible scratches on the front screen and the rear glass. These signs of wear are considered to be "good condition"

I had a good experience
I had a good experience. It was my first time selling with them. I was a little worried it was scam but it wasnt. Unfortunately my item was not in the condition i originally thought it was in but they provided me with pictures to proof why they requoted me a lower amount. Overall it was quick and easy to navigate online and good email responses from them. I would sell with them again.

Quick and efficient
The process was very quick even during a pandemic situation. I was surprised and honestly very happy with the whole transaction. I would highly recommend them if you have no luck selling your items on your own. I got paid within about 5 days of accepting the offer.

Fast payment delivery
OC Buyback is a trust-worthy service. They paid the same amount as I saw on the site before selling my black Samsung Galaxy S8 phone to them. I received the payment via check within a few days. My only suggestion to them would be if they evaluate and find the phone to worth more than initially quoted, then pay the customer that extra amount.
