To the person who stated about not bad mouthing companies, why do you think anyone is on here, they are stating there own facts to help warn others. I wish I had googled the guys name before I entered into a contract. Lots out there to read.

So many lies
We had the company in the title out in November 11 th with promise to fit the windows doors facias soffits guttering so we paid £4000 deposit on the 26 th the owner messaged me to say he forgot to take the money for the scaffolding so on the 26th we forwarded the £950 for scaffolding which should have arrived on 16th dec ready for men to start on the 17th no show on scaffolding on 16th so I sent 2 messages on phone and an email but was ignored the fitter phoned me to say that he wouldn’t be down then as glass wasn’t in
Later in evening the company messaged me and was not happy said his day off and he was bombarded with calls and messages well only 2 from me and 1 call ,he explained that the glass want in and that they would not be in until the 8th Jan so was arranged to be down on the 9th Jan he wasn’t happy.
Any way no show January the company made lots excuses and have had different dates from then up until I said no more company did ask me to pay an extra £3048 so the company would release the windows I’m afraid he already had almost £5000 of my money i was not going to pay any more to him with advice from action fraud the company had told me that he was having problems and got no money.
Was told few weeks ago they had done a big job and people was paying £9000 so they could get my items but that time went again so I said no more and have now contacted action fraud ,tv programs trading standards and everyone else to do with scams and fraud ,it might take a while as obviously these companies are all very busy but they will get it done I have every single text sent to me also emails he sent and also copy of him calling me mentally ill on a public place.At one point he said if I take my review down he would fit them that weekend which I done but he still didn’t turn up so review went back up ,so it’s all still ongoing and might take while but I will carry on with it
James John totally agree I had to rewrite mine for same reason mentioned the name I am still perusing him will take while but I will not leave it drop
To person saying I am slating them all over Facebook I have put one post up but have numerous messages about the same company you are defending lots people have had same experience as me so you must be friend or family as not many others would defend him

Oh big surprise the business is no longer going
People be aware I have been told he is now doing solar panels doubt they will be done any different to windows doors pay him get nothing done for it

This company is being harassed all over Facebook.
Which isn't very professional.
Like he stated on Facebook,you've not paid the full amount,you've only basically paid for the making of Windows.
Let's get full stories out with proof of text,contracts signed etc
Before bad mouthing companies.
