The MacPro is in excellent condition cosmetically and my daughter is very happy with it. While there was a problem with the initial purchase (a different laptop), they let me know immediately, issued a full refund and provided a discount if I ordered a different laptop, which I did. Great customer service and communication.

A brilliant company to deal with. The Surface Pro I bought was apparently B grade, but was in fantastic condition. It also came with a keypad cover that was an official Microsoft model, so not cheap. This was also in great condition. Will definitely use them again, especially as they are less the 5 miles away!

Easy to look up laptops but delivery was late and the box very damaged but thankfully the computer was not.
I did look up on amazon and brand new ones were not that much more expensive...but I could only look on the computer I just bought.
Do some research before buying.

Prompt delivery and the product is great

The laptop I ordered came very quickly, well-packaged and looks almost like new. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the camera and audio don't appear to work very well in online meetings - this is part of the issue with choosing a refurbished machine, rather than OCM as an organisation, which seems very reliable and well-organised. Would certainly consider again.

Amazingly high standard and clean laptop. Much better than expected. Liking forward to trying it out. I've night 3 from here now over the years and they're always great.
