An option to reschedule a booking?
Low score only as, due to late commitments, I was unable to attend. It would have been good if there was a way to rebook for a different date. I was really looking forward to seeing Social Reckoning.

People were talking in the cinema
People were talking in the cinema. I went and spoke to a member of staff and they said they came in. But they continued to talk and nothing was done.
As well as this the person behind the counter was extremely rude when ordering a drink.
I am disappointed to pay nearly £33 and receive this experience.

Fabulous Cinema
The staff here are always helpful and friendly. It’s a brilliant cinema with great facilities, lovely comfortable seating and a great choice of screens/films. Parking is very close by with 4 hours free included when you validate your parking ticket. The best cinema for miles around.

Made a booking as a guest online
Made a booking as a guest online, tried to cancel before the 2h window was sent to an AI chat who was completely useless. When asked to speak to a human the chat went dead for over 40 minutes meaning that we missed the 2h window to get a refund. Tried to call and they said it’s all available to do online - which is false and then proceeded to hang up on me. Terrible experience.
