This company is a scam. They are literal thieves. I order for a friends birthday a stupid pizza blanket way back in November. After noticing after about a week that I haven't received an update that my product was shipped, I contacted them. They said that my product has been already shipped and that it was on its way. I contacted them again after a week, and well- no reply. Contacted them like five times and no reply. The moment I understood I was being scammed was when I went into their site and searched whats my order's status. Those liars said that my order was already shipped, but the website said it was still being processed. Liars. Thieves. I feel like such a fool. They took my money and ran.

I ordered 3 blankets for grandsons for Christmas on Nov 22; I received 2 of the 3 with the third "preparing for shipment". As of today, Dec 26, I still do not have the third blanket. I have contacted the company twice for a REFUND and this is their reply:
"We apologize for the inconvenience.
All orders will be shipped and tracking numbers will be sent out as soon as possible.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Official Burrito Blanket"
The second reply is as follows:
"As stated on our site, the burrito blankets are shipped separately from our fulfillment center on the east coast..."

I NO LONGER EVEN WANT this blanket as the grandson is already disappointed in Santa's failure. I would like a refund but the company offers no response other than the above.

RIP-OFF of customers money and lack of customer service or satisfaction. What a Merry Christmas for this scrooge of a company.

I am not sure why so many people haven’t received their orders but I placed my order on 12/19 and the site said delivery would be before Xmas for orders placed before the 21st. All of my friends have received their blankets between 12/22 - 12/24.

I purchased the burrito blanket as a gift for 4 of my friends and had it shipped directly to them. I also bought a 3 pack to gift two to friends nearby and kept one for myself. The 4 that shipped directly to my friends went to Chicago and various SoCal locations.

All of my orders have made it to their destination (except one but that’s USPS fault not the company’s) and everyone, myself included, love the blanket so much! It’s super soft and overall amazing.

I’m bummed to read so many people having a bad experience with the burrito blanket company, but this was my first time ordering from them and it went exceptionally well. They kept their promise and delivered the blankets before Xmas and I couldn’t be happier.

Same as the last poster, ordered over a month before Christmas, was assured twice my order would be dispatched with a tracking number "within 2-5 days", didn't happen either time. They have since stopped replying at all. Have raised a Paypal claim as the service has been poor/non-existent. Do not EVER order from this site.

These people are scammers. They take your money and run. Ordered Christmas presents from them over a month ago. I’ve been liaising back and forth with customer support and they promised me that the package would be dispatched and I would be sent a tracking number. After seeing the 96% bad reviews on here and all the people who’ve been stolen from, I have now lost all hope. For the love of god please do not purchase from these people. They will **** you like they have the rest of us.

I wish I would have read all the reviews before I gave The Official Burrito Blanket my $71. Like many others I have not received my order in the time promised, honestly now I realize I probably won't get it at all. I have tried contacting them but of course never get a response. I have contacted my credit card company and am filing a dispute.

This company is a complete scam. My Husband ordered the burrito blanket and avocado socks for my birthday. This order was placed in late August 2020. It took almost 2 months to receive my blanket. The date today is December 6, 2020 and I still have not received my avocado socks. The burrito blanket that we received look nothing like the one in the picture and was definitely not as big as the one shown. The blanket is as thin as a baby swaddling blanket. It has a different color and pattern as well. My husband sent an email asking where my socks were and why we received a different blanket than the one we ordered. The company responded saying that the socks were on back order and that’s why it has been taking so long. The company claims that we received the exact blanket in the picture. I don’t understand how socks can be on back order for 4 months. He asked for a refund and we have received no response. Do not spend your money here, you will regret it.

I ordered 2 blankets. 1 Tortilla and 1 Cookie. The tortilla is cute and looks like the picture on the website. The cookie on the other hand is terrible. I spent $27 on this blanket and you can't even tell what it is supposed to be. I cannot give this blanket away as a gift. It belongs in the trash. I have reached out to the company in 3 different ways. I have emailed, called and left a voice mail and sent a text message. I haven't heard back from them as of yet. I hope they get back to me and make this right.

This is the worst company! Do not order anything! We never received the 2 pairs of slippers we ordered many moths ago. Customer service was of no help at all. They just took our money! Beware!!

I ordered a blanket more than half a year ago and haven't received anything. No confirmation, no shipping information and for sure no blanket. The only thing I do get is their newsletter. If I wasn't living on the other side of the world I'd actually try and go pick up that stupid blanket myself.

I’d give a “0” if I could. Terrible experience. Ordered a donut blanket in time to get it for a BR gift, but days before event, no blanket. I tried calling, emailing, texting (they’re unavailable 99.9%) and finally got an email that all orders would be shipped the next week. (Too late for me.) I tried emailing again and made sure to include my email address, physical address and phone. Got a return email asking for my email, address, and phone number!
Finally, three weeks later the blanket arrived. It’s soft, but quite ugly. The printing is very very poor quality. I put it in a bag for Salvation Army.
When I realized I wouldn’t get the blanket in time, I found a very pretty donut blanket on Amazon and received it the very next day.

it's a scam - ordered something in August and no sound from them till now.

i failed to see the signs cos i was just too excited to order the blanket for my friend's newborn. they have no phone number nor facebook, only instagram where scammers thrive due to lax controls.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered and egg blanket and avocado slippers on 15/5/20. I received no tracking number with my confirmation email. I contacted them in early June and was told on 6/6/20 that my order had been shipped already and I would receive a tracking number once it had been received by the shipping company. This never happened. I have emailed twice since asking for a refund and funnily enough they do not seem to be able to respond to emails now. I am extremely disappointed, no product still almost 6 months later and awful customer service. A complete rip off.

Had only received 1 of 2 items in our order. Contacted “24/7 customer service” and got the runaround saying “as stated on our website” that the products ship separately, even though there was only 1 order tracking code.

It has now been 30 days, no responses to additional emails or requests for refunds. Finally had done some googling and found these bad reviews.

You can find their Chinese products listed on Aliexpress for cheaper. This is just another case of burn & churn dropshipping with poor customer experience.

Never purchase from this company. Ordered and paid for a blanket on 8th August 2020. Still have not recieved the order. Tried emailing several times, not a single response. Best I can do here is warn other people not to purchase from this site.

Ordered a bedspread and buritto blanket a month ago. They have never sent it and have not responded to my emails. When I tried to call, it's some type of automated answering machine. You can tell no one really answers, as soon as I hung up I got an auto generated text message requesting to txt them with issues. Of course, they never responded. Very unprofessional company. What else should you expect from some one named "Big Ole Man Sized LLC"?

Complete scam. I bought a burrito blanket and a cookie blanket and I only received my burrito blanket, which didn’t even look like a burrito it looked liked moldy yellow cheese. They have horrible costumer service, they never answer their calls or reply back to emails and I can’t get a refund because products have already been delivered which is not true!

Ordered a blanket. Never arrived. No response to emails or phone calls. Disputed the charge and had credit card company refund my money.

My order never shipped, money was taken out of my account, they will not return my emails, social media posts or any other contact. Do not order from this company.

Very bad. Never got my order. They take a very long time to answer and then they use COVID as an excuse but it’s already been 2 months since I ordered. Such a waste of money.
