Scam. They do not have 24/7 customer service as claimed, in fact that stopped replying to my emails altogether 2 weeks after I made my purchase. Never sent my order, never gave me a refund. Thank god I ordered using PayPal so I was able to lodge a dispute and get my money back. Do not order from this site!

They are fu*ken scammers! They scammed me out of $25. I ordered a blanket about 2.5 months ago and they haven't delivered and never will. After a month of my order I found out that "officialburritoblanket.com" is not really the official burrito blanket sellers. I emailed them multiple times too and they haven't relied either.

Have ordered my burrito blanked a month ago now.
Have e-mailed them and this was there reaction:

Apologize for the inconvenience, we understand that you need your order as soon as possible.

However, in light of the recent Pandemic of COVID-19 there are delays around the world in regards to shipping due to the travel bans which is out of our control.

We of course want to assist you in this regard.

since this email it has been a week in which I have emailed them with further questions about my order and possibilties of canceling or tracing it. There has been no reaction since. And looking at this forum i don't think it is likely I will ever hear of them again.

In case i will receive the order or refund i will change this review.

I ordered my blanket on 27th of Aug and it never came. I didn't recive any tracking information ever. The page is a scam and you will probably never get your blanket. I wrote 3 e-mailes about my problem and send it to them, never got a response even though it says they answer in 24 hours. I then went to their Instagram profile and wrote " #scam " in comments, the next day they blocked me and I can't view their instagram page anymore. I don't know how to get my money back.

Ordered a month ago. Got an email a few days later saying shipping notification would be coming soon. A few weeks go by and I finally email their support asking where is my order. Never got a reply from them.

Did not receive avocado/guacamole slippers. Customer service is basically email support that promises follow up. It's been 5 months and I can't get a refund. Am disputing charge with my bank and trying to complain as much so they get kicked out of after pay website.

Customer service response time is never.
I ordered a blanket and slippers. I have got the blanket but not the slippers. The tracking information is through an app you have to download to get information. Even after I got the app I could not find any real tracking information. Their website states that you can email them 24/7 with any concerns, so I did. I emailed their customer service three times The first email about this was sent on Tuesday June 30 2020. The second was sent July 26 2020. The third I sent today 8/6/20. I have not gotten any response. Would not recommend.

Ordered a burrito blanket and have not receive it after a reasonable time (one month). I have contacted paypal and will see how that works out.

ordered over a month ago for a friends birthday and still nothing. expected a wait given the circumstances but after a week of emailing i'm giving up on trying to track where my order is. absolutely do not buy from this company

Ordered on April 29 2020. After 10 emails about the status, I finally received a reply email from their customer service June 10 2020 informing me that tracking info would be sent a week later. It's July 28 2020 and have not received tracking info or the refund I asked for in lieu of the tracking info!! Horrible experience and will never order from them again or recommend their products. Would give minus stars if I could!!

I ordered a blanket for my daughter’s 13th birthday In July 2020 . It is now more than two weeks and the blanket has not been shipped .They haven’t responded to my follow up emails. This company is fake , do not purchase from them

I would give 0 stars if I could. I can't stress this enough. Do not buy from this company. They wont ship it to you when they say. They have basically no customer service and will ignore your emails. If they do respond they lie to you about your order. I cant believe they're allowed to operate like this. Stay away from them.

Not possible to give 0 stars but the service I have had from them has been terrible. I ordered a burrito blanket over 3 months ago and still haven't received it yet. I emailed the company on several occasions to which very little response was met. I then emailed the company asking for a refund and no further action has been made by them. I can not state enough! Do not use this company!!!

I did receive my order. Very poor quality. Cookie doesn't resemble a cookie. Pizza has very poor color. Company doesn't respond.

made an account just for this, i ordered my blanket on march 29th, 2020. Today is June 3rd and i have been trying to get ahold of the company using their support email and got the same generic emails " has been shipped and in transit. " that was over 2 months ago now on the third and their website says 3 business days max. DO NOT BUY!

I wish I had done more research on this place before letting my 10 year old use his bday money on the dumb blanket. Ordered April 29. It's May 22, the UPS site says it was delivered. It wasn't. I've emailed MULTIPLE times with a generic response. Guess he's out $28. And there's no way to call. Just a damn email?? SO frustrating 😤 what do I tell my kid whose wanting his $$ back??
*edited: emailed the company multiple times. They said they would process a refund. Never did. Instead actually SHIPPED the blanket that they said was already on its way. Received the blanket 6 weeks after original order.

Do not waste your money. Ordered 3 blankets in December. Only received 2 of the blankets sometime in January. All attempts to reach the company via email regarding the missing blanket were met with either a canned response or no response. It is now May 1st and I still do not have the 3rd blanket, but they charged me for all 3, and I was not able to get a refund or a comparable blanket shipped to me. Definitely a scam based on all the other comments on this site, and they are profiting off of unsuspecting consumers.

Took over five months to arrive, and to top it off the blanket was a thin horrible polyester crap. I spent a year trying to contact the company, messaging the emails they provided. I have never been contacted for a refund or an exchange. So messed up how they take your money and send you crap!

I bought this blanket in February 27 for a present. They updated me in March 13 it would be received. It’s currently April 4 and I have no blanket or update? I tried to email and the email is gone. I tried to track my package and it won’t let me.
I haven’t gotten it and I won’t ever get it somehow.
Scammers!! Don’t order from them!!
