I was buying Christmas gifts, and then completely scam to me for my money

Same as everyone else's experiences, took $80 and responded to one email claiming they sent me my package, but with no proof. But, unlike other customers, I will pursue legal action. Also, take a look at their Instagram account. Their username history in their about-me part has a lot of names indicating that this website is essentially the child of a money hustling explitiveword with access to some decent help. An elaborate, very functional scam.

sent a blanket which was nothing like the photos, small and see-through and not the pattern I ordered! All emails ignored

Ordered a 2-pack of blankets from them, Received 1 in the mail after a few weeks, but was missing the other blanket. Sent them an email and dm on Instagram, took a few days to reply but they said they had a production issue so they could only partially ship orders, then I asked them when I would be getting the order etc, never replied and it's been 2 weeks since I emailed them and haven't been told anything nor did I receive the blanket. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER REPLY. Absolutely shocking customer service and straight-up scam.

Glad Im not the only one that experienced this problem. Ordered from them a month and a half ago, still haven't received the blanket. They replied my first email saying they had some issue and my order would arrive in 7 days but it didn't. Wrote them three more times but never gotten a reply..... Please do not purchase from them, they will take your money, lie to you and not give you your stuff.

I had to go through paypal to get an answer from them. They shipped the two blankets I ordered and they were not worth the price. Really bad seams, thin fleece fabric and a really weird smell to both of the blankets. They do NOT match the pictures on their website. Total scam...

They shouldn’t even get one star. This website has to be a scam. You will never receive your order, and you’ll be out $30.

Just like everyone else on the comments!! This website/company is either really behind and unable to keep up with demands or they only made 5 blankets total and sold over thousands and now have ran off with our money!! I'm sure China's able to keep up with production its just we've been scammed. Emailed them almost two months later because I totally forgot about the blanket and "Jennifer" said they have a 1-3 business day processing period..."WHAT!!" its been almost 2 months!! Don't bother with this website, purchase somewhere else or Ebay!!

SCAM, big scam

I have had the same experience as all the other reviewers. Paid for the burrito blanket, received an email confirmation but no shipping confirmation. It's been 2 months. No replies to 3 emails. It's probably on back order AND coming from China so it's taking forever. But 2 months is a joke, unless they state it in the listing which says "10 days". I clicked the burrito blanket ad on Instagram because I was looking for a funny Mother's Day gift. Big let down. I called my bank and they refunded me (Chase).

This should be no stars. They are a scam. They should be forced out of business. Try other companies selling burrito blankets. The "official burrito blanket" is a ripoff and should be forced out of business.

Worst shop ever. There is no confirmation, they lie straight to your face, You need to tell that you will take legal actions to get any answer, as a poor response you get a tracking number that not even real, it took 2 months to get my "blanket". Looks more like a tablecloth. don't even come from the store, pakkage is just a Wish package. so there is no way to return, because no response, no returnadress, this is a scam, so is shoppify, because they don't want to close the shop down

I ordered a month ago and got no update on my order. Recently I went to their website and it redirects to a different product they're selling. additionally, they have disabled commenting on all of their posts on Instagram which they would have never done if there weren't bad things to be said. Pretty sure this is a scam, disappointed in myself for purchasing from them. I tried to be careful but I guess I wasn't careful enough.

I have made an order over a month ago and not received any response feom the store since. Possibly a fraud.

It's been 1 month and I never received anything other than a confirmation email that I placed an order. Customer service doesn't respond either.
