Called to cancel my house insurance, ended up getting a better deal.. Would have given 5 stars but I found understanding the hurried patter a little difficult. The gentleman I spoke to is obviously dealing with a lot of people every day but I had trouble hearing some of what he was saying. All in all would recommend

I cancelled my car insurance today and was told i have 2 more payments to make as the insurance is paid in arrears. I was always under the impression that it is paid in advance. Not happy with 2 more months payments

My call was answered quickly. The agent was knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, very satisfactory.

I rang as needed to update address and add my new replacement car. Didnt expect them to meet price but ended up paying 30p a month more but got more benefits.
