I recently hired a Range Rover Evoque through OneClickDrive, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Mouad he was extremely professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car was in perfect condition, clean, and exactly as described.

I really appreciate how quick and easy the booking and delivery were no hidden surprises, just great service. I’ll definitely be using OneClickDrive again, and I highly recommend asking for Mouad if you want top-notch service!

OneClickDrive is a useless broker that makes fake promises just to take your money and then leaves you at the mercy of greedy car owners.

We booked 2 cars (Mercedes G63 + Golf GTD) for 3 days for my sister’s wedding. We paid the deposit, shared our flight itinerary, and clearly stated we would pick up in Marrakech and drive to Tangier. They AGREED.

Golf GTD arrived at the airport – fine.
G63 owner arrives, hears “Tangier,” and IMMEDIATELY takes the car back!
This was the night before the wedding, and it was 8 PM. No replacement, no help. Just “no.”

OneClickDrive’s agent (Mouad El Bakri) acted like everything was confirmed, but clearly they have zero control over the owners. They are just middlemen collecting commission, while the owners make their own rules and scam customers.

Then it got even worse…

The G63 owner told us to come to him personally and INCREASED the price because we were stranded and desperate. Pure exploitation.

On the return trip, the owner of the GTD REMOTELY SHUT OFF THE CAR while I was driving and forced us to bring it back to Marrakech, refusing to let us go to Tangier even though this was agreed from the start!

We ended up stranded past midnight in Marrakech with the wedding the next morning in Tangier, and had to take a 12-HOUR OVERNIGHT TRAIN last minute!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
ZERO HONESTY.
ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.
DANGEROUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.

What makes it even more insulting?
We had already booked ANOTHER car from them for a week. We were loyal, paying customers and still got treated like trash.

Moad is the best operator in this company, he made me find the car at the airport with perfect timing.

I just used One Click Drive services and I had a great experience. Our Agent, Ayoub Elyounesy took really good care of us and made sure that we were satisfied with our car rental and helped answer any questions that we had from the day we picked up the car until we returned the car. I highly recommend their service for car rental if you are visiting Morocco.
