I’ve booked a car rental with OneClickDrive for my family road trip in Morocco, and we were assigned to Agent Brother Ayoub. Told him it is our first time travelling to Morocco and we are quite uncertain of this rental company. However from the start, he was extremely helpful and accommodating—working around our budget, providing us with a new car, and arranging collection and return at times that were most convenient for us.

During our journey, we unfortunately experienced a tire burst one day. Brother Ayoub was always just a call away, ready to assist us immediately and ensure we were safe and well taken care of. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made our road trip experience so much smoother and worry-free.

Hi i paid for a Volkswagon Troc i was given a old skoda octavia 2014 plate ...... the peddle kept jamming was a filthy car i paid 750 mad online to secure the booking when I arrived in agadir I was told either take this car or else I would lose my deposit so I had no choice but to take it they said to me I will get my deposit back onece I returned the vehicle they told me the deposit would not be returned so I paid for a new car was given a rubbish car on top they stole my deposit and later blocked me in whats app never use absolute scammers .Never use all there reviews online are fake

I can’t recommend OneClickOneDrive enough. The experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We rented a car for our road trip in Morocco and everything exceeded expectations.
A huge thank you to Yasser, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire journey. He was always available (literally at any hour) to answer our questions, provide information, and make sure everything went smoothly. His presence gave us real peace of mind.
We had booked an Audi Q3 S-Line, expecting a 2023 or 2024 model, but they actually gave us a 2025 version with only 5,000 km on it (practically brand new). The car was in perfect condition and a real pleasure to drive.
All the terms (from the insurance to the limited mileage) were fully respected. There were no hidden costs, no tricks, just complete honesty and professionalism.
This was, without a doubt, one of the best car rental experiences we’ve ever had. I’ll absolutely choose them again on my next trip, and I genuinely recommend them to anyone traveling in Morocco.

The owner " Achraf " was extremely professional, helpful, Friendly and informative.
I was given a wide range of new vehicles that were in absolutely perfect condition and the prices were great.
My car was delivered at the airport for me and I was picked up by a Friendly driver on the way back.
Great company to deal with.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service team was responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was exactly as promised delivery was on time, the product was high quality, and communication was clear. I really appreciate how easy and stress-free the experience was. Highly recommend!

I 100% every other person who has left feedback relating to getting their deposit back. Despite being relentless with follow ups and false promises, I was always lied to and given false hope. In the end we ended up logging a complaint via Chase with who we paid with and luckily they were amazing and refunded our deposit and followed up directly with them.

My experience was in Feb 2025 whilst renting a mustang in Dubai.

Avoid at all costs. Prying scammers. And in dubai also where standards are so high. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Yassar is the best! My car was never delivered by another rentalcompany! They couldn’t fix it themselves all day and eventually they called oneclickbuy Yassar. He found exactly the same car and delivered to the hotel! Same price, incl unlimited km, insurance full. Contacting him is very easy and he is very helpful, also after daytime!
