ONECOM IS A SCAM!!
ONECOM IS A SCAM!!! Stay AWAY!!! This company is the biggest scam artist of them all!! Stay away you will be entrapped like I am! They entice you in with a good deal £13 mp which t is massively discounted then half way through the contact they say you’ve come to the end of your discount window and will now have to pay £62 pm for just a sim only contract!!
They only give you 2 options pay £900 to cancel the contract or start a new 36 month contract at £25 pm go 18months then it goes up again to £85 pm unless you open up another contract with them!!!

One com staff are ok, they are just doing their job, but one com in general is terrible, I've been locked in a contract for three years paying way more than other companies like EE offer. They didn't explain things clearly when offering a contract, can't wait to leave!!

A contractual mess and a terrible deal
I came to Onecom believing I was getting a fair contract, and I am normally quite good at reading and understanding the fine print. It seems, however, if you don't read the fine print, it's a horrendous deal you're getting, worthy of calling a scam. I am partly to blame for not reading the contract properly, but it seems that there are a good number of other reviews that feel the same way as I do and have had the same thing happen to them.
I am now paying £45 a month for SIM only, I am unable to get the discount for the line unless I sign back on for another 3-years.
My options are to continue paying £45 a month until next year, pay £850 for an early termination, or sign up for the discount for another 17 months and then rinse and repeat the cycle.
Don't use this company; I wish I had read the fine print better; I wouldn't have used them otherwise. There are better options out there.
The only silver lining to this is the staff who were very helpful and understanding of the situation; it's just a shame they're wasted at Onecom.

swapped my broadband and office…
swapped my broadband and office telephone to digital with one com, had a few teething issues with the setting up of the telephone hand sets- but i have to say this company followed up with calls from their technical support team daily and Gauraf Singh was excellent and managed to get all 3 handsets working, they were very professional and followed up with calls to make sure everything was working as it should. i can only give good feed back as a lot of companies take your money and after that you cant speak to them it can be difficult when you have a problem.
5 stars from me for one com and if anyone is looking for a genuine company to switch their phones to digital these are a very good company. thanks again Gauraf.

Onecom took over a smaller provider we were using, and it went wrong from there. Fraudulent charges that they are still trying to enforce, no service, no calls, no communications, other than to chase for money that is not due to them. Dispicable company, terrible service and no customer support whatsoever.

Called on a bank holiday Monday as we had no internet connection. I tried to sort it myself but made it worse !

Have found out my father in law was…
Have found out my father in law was duped by these ripoff merchants . He moved house and tried to cancel and was told to keep paying for two years or pay a one off payment of over £2000 . They later took it out via direct debit as a lump sum . I’m advising everyone In his old area not to touch them with a barge pole and keep them away from old people . Onecom pick a charge and don’t charge box licence and FTTP. Disgusted .

OneCom have worked as our cellular phone provider for many years. they are a conduit between ourselves and Vodafone. Vodafone are a nightmare to deal with, OneCom are excellent to work with. Most recently, Mya has helped with deliveries and number transfers. She has been on top of all our requirements.
I was given a deal that only lasted one…
I was given a deal that only lasted one year £28 a month for them to go up to £156 a month for a further two years with me unable to get out of contract. In fact I tried to get out of contract within one week of joining and they would not would not let me without wanting me to pay about £7000.
