Lack of Transparency
I’m extremely disappointed with Onecom and the overall experience I’ve had with their service. The biggest issue is the complete lack of transparency. Important details about pricing, renewals, and features are not clearly explained upfront, which makes it feel like customers are constantly discovering things after they’ve already signed up.
On top of that, the customer service has been very poor. When I reached out for help, responses were slow, unhelpful, and often felt like copy-and-paste answers that didn’t actually address my questions. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to solve a problem and the support team doesn’t seem interested in providing clear or direct assistance.
A service provider should make things simple and transparent for customers, but that hasn’t been my experience with Onecom. Between the unclear information and the unhelpful support, the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliable service and good customer support.

Very unhappy, I was told that it’s gonna be £22 without tax, before the we went into execution I requested to stop the contract and can proceed once I have the a call with the agent who said it’s £22 and why in the contract it showed £34
My case is still in dispute and was told it will be sorted out in 5 days. It’s been two weeks and no one has called just get messages saying rate us

MIS-SOLD SIM ONLY CONTRACTS
Just over a month ago Onecom called me and I agreed to enter into a 2 SIM only three year contracts for £16.00 including VAT. Just 11 days after the connection started my account was debited by Vodafone with £80.54. When I called Onecom to query about it I was told that i would be receiving a credit for the difference taken, this was never advised at the time of selling, so I immediately Requested the cancellation of the contracts as I was still under the 14 day consumer right cooling period, but after days of internal investigation I was told that what I was sold were business contracts for which there were not cooling period. Although the agent mentioned during the sales call about business lines, I made it clear a few times during the call that I wanted the lines for my personal use, and although I do run a business, I never gave its details but my personal ones including my personal account.
The legal dispute continues as I write this review, the last thing Onecome said to me when asked for the PAC code is that I will have to pay an early termination fee of £3,252.70.
I have no words to describe the shameful and deceptive ways in which this company is operating. Completely disgraceful!
Onecom must be removed from trading as I have come to realise that my experience is only one of thousands out there. Incredibly sad and frustrating.
Please please have nothing to do with Onecom in partnership with Vodafone. Do not be deceived with absolutely nothing they offer you. Their intention is to lock you in with apparent cheap deals but long contracts, where they steal your money and destroy your peace. I pray my review stop you all from becoming victims of these scammers.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!
Absolutely terrible experience!!!
I was with this company for almost 3 years. At the beginning, we agreed over the phone that the contract would only last 2 years. However, after 17 months they suddenly started charging me £450 per month for three lines.
They also added three extra lines that I never requested. I was told these would be free for the duration of the contract, but hidden in the small print it says they start charging after 17 months.
I cancelled my contract on 22 November 2025, yet they are still sending invoices for virtual line services that I never asked for.
Very disappointing experience. If I could give negative stars, I would. Be very careful before signing anything with this company.
UPDATE: Following the company’s request, I contacted their Care team at care. This review reflects my experience after communicating with them and the outcome of that interaction.

If I could put a minus score i would have, I started a sim only plan, which i paid around £50 a month, they would pay £33 back, but come the second yr of the contract, it stopped, apparently I have to take out another contract with them, which i didn't want to, so have to pay £50 until October until contract ends.

DONT GO NEAR.
DONT GO NEAR.
Mis sold, additional fees, complaints ignored and pretty much steal your money.
The account manager has disappeared off the face of the earth and it seems couldn't manage to wipe his own arse.
Told that termination fees would be covered, but only a percentage of those were paid by onecom and i had to pay the rest which wasn't told.
Sent an additional 5 sim cards that were meant to be free that i have to pay for.
Account manager sent me a pre typed email to send out for complaints and then vanished and refused to answer any emails.
Help centre is in india and dont help on the slightest bit but have a much more condensing tone of "its what you agreed"
I have now emailed the CEO of Vodafone to take things further, dont believe the 5 star trust pilot reviews, go to faceback and look for onecom problems and missold contracts.
You will get a much more accurate detail of this " company."

Dispute over unauthorised numbers – complaint now escalated
We entered into a business mobile agreement through Onecom on the Vodafone network several years ago.
Recently Vodafone collections contacted us regarding early termination charges linked to three additional numbers that we have no record of requesting, authorising, receiving, or using.
Vodafone have advised these services were arranged through Onecom, however when requesting a full breakdown and supporting documentation we have simply been directed between the two companies.
As a result we have now raised a formal complaint with Onecom requesting:
• The original order or agreement showing these numbers were authorised
• The call recording from the original sales call
• Evidence of delivery or activation of the SIMs
• Full billing history for the numbers
At present we have no documentation showing that these numbers were ever agreed to, despite the services apparently being active for several years.
If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, we will be requesting a deadlock letter and escalating the complaint through the independent communications adjudication scheme.
This situation has been extremely time-consuming for a small business to resolve and highlights the importance of clear consent and documentation when additional services are added to an account.
Hopefully this can now be resolved quickly through the formal complaints process.

A switch to One Com
I have recently changed my broadband and telephone provider to One Com. The switch resulted in my landline not working. I rang today and Gaurav Sing assisted me. He was very polite and patient. With his instructions I was able to reprogram the equipment and resolve the issue.

These appalling criminals refuse to let you be bought out! I left them in July 2025, but plus.net do buy out the “virtual landline” that onecom sneak onto your contract! Even though I have no contract with onecom, they keep sending bills and THREATS for the virtual landline that I cancelled!
Awful scum criminals!

Lack of transparency and poor complaint handling
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Important contractual details and pricing structure were not clearly explained during the sales process. When I raised concerns, the complaint was quickly dismissed rather than properly addressed. I also experienced a serious data-handling error where I was sent another customer's call recording. Overall, the complaint process felt defensive rather than helpful. I would advise others to go elsewhere instead of signing contract with them.
