I am very hard of hearing so it is…

I am very hard of hearing so it is difficult to resolve issues over the phone but Tanishq Kaushal, the lovely young man who took my call,was so kind and patient ! He deserves recognition, without a doubt. Thankyou again Tanishq.

The worse company to deal with I…

The worse company to deal with I switched over from o2 to voda through Onecom and iv been off line for 2 days, the guy Kaylen who claimed he would be in charge of getting me sorted promised the world is nowhere to be seen. I would advise strongly not to use these guys.

POOR WIFI / PHONE LINE AND POOR…

POOR WIFI / PHONE LINE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don’t bother signing with them. A salesman named Satty will promise you the world, but if you have an issue he is nowhere to be found. I regret the day I fell for his lies. He must have calls X10 times to try and get us to join. 1st red flag.

We’ve been with them for 3 months and have three of our companies with them. In that short time we’ve had hundreds of issues. The broadband has been poor since day one and they still haven’t fixed it. It’s a disgrace. We had to close one of our stores for 3 days, because everything was down. They simply don’t care.

They clearly don’t care how this affects your business. Phone lines constantly drop out and the WiFi is shockingly poor — you can’t even watch anything without problems. Having to beg for the service you pay for is embarrassing.

Chandan was exceptional

Chandan was exceptional! Polite, caring and very helpful. The call lasted 90minutes and he was brilliant and we were eventually able to resolve the issue. Thank you Chandan

Steer clear of these professional sharks

We entered a contract with this company who supplied us with four lines on Vodafone . This was a result of a “cold call” offering to save us money and provide a better signal / service.
Things started to go wrong when they added cyber protect to our account ( apparently on a 30 day free trial) which bills in addition thereafter. This was not something we either asked for or wanted so I contacted customer services in December asking for it to be removed from the account and for the payments made for it to be refunded. I was told it would be cancelled and the funds paid would be returned. The following month ( and every month since) payment was taken again for cyber protect.
Several tickets were opened on their portal, none were replied to but all were closed by one com.
I have taken legal advice and one com are apparently in breach of contract ( considering their failure to act). I have informed one com of my wish to cancel the contract due to their breach - they haven’t even bothered to answer!
We are now going to talk with OFCOM to see if they can be of any help, our solicitor has advised that we inform them we consider then to be in breach ( which we have) still no reply, we have asked for the PAC codes for the lines - still no reply.
We could potentially loose a lot of business if we have to change all our phone numbers due to one com not releasing them to us.
My advice - keep well away from this company, they are not the sort of people you would want to deal with.

So one com can reply to a negative revue, it’s a pity they can’t reply to the many emails and tickets raised with them.
From the reply they have made to my comments it would appear they would rather go to court than settle the issue directly - so be it, I will let you all know what happens.
