Put it down to experiance
Terrible company
You order goods from this company then they take the money straight away then do not deliver what you have ordered , tell you six weeks later it is out of stock do not return e/mails or telephone calls it is a sham company which should not be trading I am also reporting them to Trading Standards
Something very wrong here!
My experience very like other recent reviews. Ordered 2 items in sale, received email confirming dispatch but no goods arrived. Managed to track via Yodel and discovered the parcel had been "returned to sender" as damaged. I contacted the company (when actually they should have emailed me) by email and have been assured several times that my card will be refunded....but to date nothing. I had previously used the company and had no problems at all. Such a shame, but I wouldn't use them again and warn others not to.
Terrible Company
Do not use this company - it is verging on being a scam. They do not have any products, they take the full cost and then say they will send out the goods after the 'sale' has finished. You hear nothing, they tell you that they have to get the 'products in' which could take another 8 weeks, you ask for a refund and hear nothing. Do not use the company.
Don't go near them - would give no stars if I could.
Ordered 3 items at the end of June. Many (expensive) phone calls and a long email chain later, where countless promises, excuses and apologies were offered by ladies at customer service, no goods arrived.
I eventually resorted to registering a dispute through PayPal, this resulted in an insulting email suggesting that I had never paid for the goods in the first place, despite evidence of the debit on my PayPal account.
At last, 19 weeks after I placed the order, have received a credit for the goods via PayPal.
Just so relieved that it's all over and I'll buy the items elsewhere.
Can't believe This company is still advertising in the daily telegraph.
Ridiculously long wait for product, rude and unhelpful service
31 days after placing an order, I followed this up only to be told the item was out of stock and there was no information about when it would be available. Of course the money had been taken from my account at the time of the order. I then asked for a refund, which was accepted, but the person I spoke to (Julie) was unable to tell me how long it would take, nor was she able to put me through to anyone who could tell me. I asked to speak to her manager, but she was not available either.
Terrible service, I strongly recommend anyone to avoid dealing with this company.
Pleasant surprise.
I looked at the reviews shortly after I placed my order online with One Regent Place, and feared the worst. However, I need not have worried because my order was delt with quickly and efficiently. I ordered a garden peacock on the 9th October, received an acknowledgment email the same day and another email on 14th October informing me that the item was on its way to the warehouse. On Friday 21st October I received an email to tell me that the item had been despatched to me, and on Sarurday 22nd I received it. The ordered item was in good condition and was what I expected. I am very pleased with the service I got from this company.
Customer Service not fit for purpose
Garden mirror arrived broken. Replacement was promised but when chased "hadn't been ordered". Next promised a refund that hasn't materialised. 4 months!
Think before you buy...
I ordered a set of pans for my daughter to take to university. They were on an offer (I think through a respected newspaper) and seemed good value. Upon ordering in July I found out that I would not get the items until September. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry. When it finally came through it was in 33 pieces and I was expected to assemble the lids and handles. There are 3 different types of washer and a plastic 'thing' I did not recognise. No problem I thought, I have assembled numerous flatpacks, it will be easy, however there were no instructions... Easy for some maybe, but I don't know what to put where. I cannot risk sending my daughter off with pans where the handle or lid could potentially fall off. I spoke to customer services. They told me to send an email. This is my (3rd) reply: 'One lot of washers would for for the handles on the pans and the others for the knobs for the lids'. I may not be a handyman but of course I realise that, I am not stupid. I decided I may be safer to return them. This apparently would cost a third of the cost of the pans and I would then be out of pocket by £10. Surely it wouldn't be out of the question for the manufacturers to provide a slip of paper outlining how to assemble them. Would you buy a flat pack and just be expected to guess how to do it? Otherwise it should be stated on the order form that they come without instructions. Not happy.
appalling customer service
Ordered on 17th July and they took full payment - email 15th Aug stating order had been dispatched - several phone calls later (mostly instigated by me) - each time they say the order is with courier (Yodel) and will be delivered in a few days. Finally today (7 Sept) they admit the order hasn't been dispatched. Now waiting for a supervisor to call me back. I agree with others - avoid using the company - I won't be using them again.
Diabolical
Promised delivery of a Garden Mobile in July, then on way inAug.Then apology but on way 26 Aug promised delivery within 10 days,Still Waiting !!!!
For yet another apology and perhaps yet another "on its way to me message"
I just want my order or my money back!!!!

Caveat emptor, avoid this company, they are liars and fraudsters.
We placed an order with One Regent place for a mirror on 24th July 2016, ORP_417651. Despite several telephone conversations with ORP agents, as of today, 6th September, we have still not received our mirror, which is now well beyond the 3-4 weeks delivery stated on their website.
We had an Order Dispatched email on 15th August and when I phoned on 23rd August to chase things up I was told the email had been sent in error but that the mirror would be with me by the end of that week. This is the exact same story I received every week from different ORP agents when I kept chasing the still missing mirror’s whereabouts.
Today, 6th September, I was informed that because the order was in my husband's name the agent could not speak to me which is nonsense because they have been happy to flannel me for the last 4 weeks.
We have asked for a full refund and will be pursuing legal action if we do not receive this.
I see from the other reviews on TrustPilot that we are not the only consumers that ORP has taken money from and then not fulfilled the contract.
What a dreadful company. The service is non-existent and I cannot believe the Telegraph allows such fraudsters to advertise with them. I have today reported ORP to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Consumer complaints online form as I believe they should not be allowed to continue defrauding people in this way.
Avoid at all costs.
Rubish
What a shambles of a company my review would go on and on so just to emphasize DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
appaulling company.
Ordered super king mattress on 2 July when money was taken from account the same day. Despite promise 3 weeks delivery we still have no mattress- nearly 8 weeks later! Have sent many emails - never received any replies. Made several calls only to discover the main number they give you is in fact a call centre and they can't tell us anything because they are waiting to hear back from ORP !! Wish I'd never heard of this company let alone spent money with them. Will try for refund but suspect I'll have to either take them through small claims court or just hand over to our solicitors. Trying to be optimistic we've just sent another email to the address shown here and have also called the 0207 number and actually got a real person, but guess what- they will have to call us back!! Not holding my breath! Like everyone else I wish I'd seen this site before spending money but you'd think the daily telegraph would only recommend reputable companies.
Horrendous experience!
Wish I had read other reviews before ordering
Ordered mirror on 5/6/16
Waited a month, and eventually got an item dispatch notice
Two weeks later no item
Emailed them, no response
Second email to say item was lost in transit and a replacement being sent
I asked when
No response
Two months since ordering I am chasing a refund with Paypal
Never ordering from these people again!!
Awful Experience and possible loss of my money!
I wish I had of read the reviews on this site before ordering from One Regent Place! I placed an order after seeing an ad in The Telegraph back in July and as of today and 4 (VERY lenghty, costly) calls later I am no closer to finding out where my order is. I tried to cancel it last Saturday and was told (like so many others it seems) that my order could not be cancelled as it was with the courier. Today after another lengthy wait I called again and it seems my order is now cancelled and I will be refunded withing 3 days. So many other people have been told the same thing I now realise. I think The Telegraph should be made aware of this scam and I am contacting Trading Standards. When I reset my password to attempt to log in to "my account" the emails are bouncing into my spam box, maybe this was a sign that the company is not legitamate(?). There are so many wonderful online companies out there that do such a great job of delivering items quickly and efficiently - this CERTAINLY is not one! Don't waste your money (or time) ordering from this company! I will let this site know if and when I get my refund.
As promised I said I would update my review once my refund was made. I opened a dispute case against ORP in my Paypal account and was refunded by ORP quite quickly. I would still not order anything from them again in the future, I wasted a lot of precious time trying to get/cancel my order when I don't think the product I ordered existed in the first place!
Horrendous service.
I ordered a garden mirror 12/06/16, after seeing it advertised in the Telegraph. When it hadn't arrived by early July I phoned company. After 3 more phone calls, I was told it was lost. Had to wait to re-order until that was confirmed by delivery company. I was then told on the 30 July I could re-order as they were 'in stock'and would be despatched in 5 working days. By this time I had my doubts! After 5 days I then emailed, no reply. Today I have just phoned again, to be told the mirror is 'out of stock'. I have now asked for a refund. I expect this will be another battle? Next move will be to get in touch with PayPal.
Excuse after excuse this service is not acceptable. I will also get in touch with Telegraph and maybe Trading Standards. Do Not Use This Company, APPALLING service.
An update on my situation with One Regents Place.
Got in touch with PayPal at the weekend and yesterday received a full refund. Thank you PayPal.
Would never use this company again.
Terrible service
Ordered a garden ornament advertised in The Daily Telegraph and paid for it by credit card. Six weeks later and three phone calls, goods not arrived. They claimed it was impossible to cancel as goods had been despatched via Yodel. One more call and they have promised to refund my card. I'll wait and see. Avoid this company.
Don't buy anything
The worst customer service ever .
I placed my order 8 weeks ago and tried ring several time (5 in line funny that )
So today was my lucky day 2nd in line so went with it .
They told courier company have lost my order really .
Can you send me another yes in 3-4 weeks very strange if the courier company lost the order and you knew why didn't you re send ?
Company policy all orders takes 3-4 weeks so mine has taken 8-9 so far and will now take another 3-4 very odd .
Why didn't you inform me radio silence .
Don't let them have your money it's only a matter of time .
Plenty of good honest hard working high street or online companies .
Avoid this company - big scam
Wished I had read the reviews before ordering. This company is operating a big scam. Takes one' money straight away and does not deliver the product.
I have contacted the Telegraph to warn other readers but have never received a reply.
What can we do ? - I am contacting my local Trading Standards Officer.
Have contacted Westminster Council but you have to refer matter to your local officer. We should all write to the Telegraph and then perhaps they will think twice about running the add-on.
How do I get my money back? Am a pensioner cannot afford to write off £40.
We must all act together to get this shameful company shut down.
They even had the cheek to send a few days ago a catalogue.
