USELESS AND INCOMPETENT
Don't waste your time, money or sanity with these people. I placed a large order with them, and I had to phone 4 times to find out what was happening to the delivery. Each time I called I was promised, 'it will be delivered tomorrow', as the saying goes - tomorrow never comes and neither did the order. On the final phone call to them, I eventually found out that they had 'lost' one of the items in the order, so nothing had been delivered. - Why didn't someone use some common sense and either ship the order, minus the 'lost' item, or telephone me to find out what I wanted to do.
They don't listen to what you are saying and seem to think that people can stay in doors for a week, waiting for them to deliver non-existent parcels.
If you value your sanity, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY,.
