Great deal and trustworthy site

I have to say that I got such a good deal on my hotel compared to other sites that I was a little wary. But no worries everything went smoothly for a top quality 4 star hotel. I would highly recommend the services of this site.

more information please

I knew some things about the hotel already from other websites, but ordered it from yours because you had the best offer. Great! But if I had not already knew stuff about the hotel I don´t think I would order it because your website lacked of information.

Not very user-friendly website

The booking engine is not user-friendly. Typically, you end up entering all that you want at least twice. The user-interface lacks logic. Definitely not one of the better ones out there.

Hotel received confirmation and the check in was smooth.
this was first time ive booked with onhotel.
Onhotel charges credit card surcharge, what I ve realized when renewing invoice. track through quidco was not recorded

Thanks for your feedback Patrik. As stated during the booking process (in the booking form and in the Payment page), we have a 2% charge for payments with credit cards. Payments with debit card or SOFORT are completely free.

Regarding your booking not being tracked as per Quidco, our records show that you entered and confirmed the booking entering our website from TravelSupermarket site. To get your reservation tracked by Quidco you'd have to click on our link in Quidco just before making the purchase. Let us know if you have any doubt.

Hotel cancelled 36 hours before travel

This is the worst service I have experienced from a travel site. I booked and paid for 2 rooms in a hotel a week in advance. With 36 hours notice I was told that the rooms could not be fulfilled and an alternative was being offered at the same price. The alternative is much inferior hotel and one I could have booked for significantly less if I had wanted to. It seems as though the aim was to overcharge me for a poorer standard hotel. I will not use onhotels again and, if my friend and family asked, I would not recommend them.

As you know the hotel contacted us via our supplier with the following: "With regards to the above booking reference, we regret to inform that due to overbooking, the original booking will not be allocated at the xxx and therefore the clients will have to be relocated to the following alternative accommodation: Name: xxxxxx (also a 4* property). Please have the courtesy to inform the affected clients about alternative option offered and send us their feedback about this hotel change notice. From the Operations team we offer our apologies for any possible inconvenience that this exceptional situation could cause"

You can call to the hotel yourself and ask if your relocation was an invention from us with the intention of overcharge you or an overbooking from the hotel itself.

As you didn't accept the relocation offered by the hotel, we refunded all your money immediately.

Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Hotel Krakow

The review is just about the booking experience which has been fine. I will fly to Krakow next week and let's just hope check in will be just as smoothe.

Cheapest rate online, no problems.

Cheapest rate online, no problems with payment. Confirmation email included a "voucher" rather than a booking confirmation to print and take to hotel. I was worried by this so I emailed the hotel directly to check. They confirmed the booking was with them and confirmed the payment was in place. That has allayed my fears.
