We order M Line Metal Cupboards - Standard Colours, it received after the date they agreed and also the quality of the product is very poor. we requested for return on immediately they are asking us to pay 150£+VAT for the return of the product where they charged only 30£ for delivery. Please dont trust these guys and dont purchase any product with them.

Would highly recommend this company, quality products and excellent customer service. Delivery when they said it would be delivered, had a slight problem and it was sorted out right away - would use this company again.

I needed 8 office chairs on a next day delivery. I dealt with the Operations Director, Tom, who was extremely helpful from placing the order through to delivery. Chairs are great value for money, comfortable and the quality is fab!

We ordered 7 canteen tables and they arrived in excellent condition within a week of ordering. Would definitely order from here again. Excellent service

Found just what we wanted for outdoor eating for two. Fantastic flip top table of great quality. Well made and sturdy to use and the metal top is easy to clean. Good company to deal with.

OMG, I've been looking for a glass coffee table and never heard of Onlinereality and they come up trumps, the customer service is top notch and when you think it couldn't get better the delivery guys were also top notch. I will definitely be using them again and most definitely will recommend to my family and friends, oh and my work colleagues. Well done Onlinereality 10 out of 10

Never received the order that meant to be delivered 3-5 days since ordering. two weeks pats no news about the order. wrote email - no reply. online cha - doesnt answer. Called customer service - they mean to call back - guess what.. no answer.

Never will use this company again!

Second order for an office chair and as with the first, the order arrived promptly, well packed and complete. Chair was easy to assemble and has proved very comfortable.

We have used them on a couple of occasions, for the purchase of 100 chairs and a storage cabinet. On both occasions the goods were delivered on the predicted dates by very helpful carriers. In the case of the chairs a small flaw in one of the seat fabrics was swiftly dealt with and a replacement sent. No hesitation in using them again.

Great product at a competitive price and free delivery which is great. The only disappointing part of the process is communication. I contacted them asking if they could give an approximate delivery date and was told as stated on the website 10 to 15 working days. The table turned up this morning without any delivery notification and was only by chance that someone was at home before leaving for work.
