"Bait and Switch" — Do not trust booking confirmation emails!
I booked return flights from London to Barcelona on Tuesday (Confirmation: HN2QI). I received a "Booking Confirmation" email stating my reservation was successfully created and queued for ticket issuance.
Believing the booking was secure, I began making travel arrangements. The following day, Oojo contacted me to state they would not issue my tickets unless I paid more money due to a "price increase."
When I called to resolve this, I was shifted around constantly through different phone lines for up to two hours. Nobody could give me a straight answer, and absolutely no resolution was offered. They hold your money hostage on "ghost fares," demand more cash, and then subject you to exhausting, circular customer service when you try to get answers.
Save your time and sanity—avoid Oojo entirely and book directly with the airlines.

I would give zero star if it’s available. Worst experience ever. I booked tickets for my kid and I for Turkey airline 6months ago. I received multiple emails from them for the flight change. I actually called Turkey airline, my original flight was not cancelled. I don’t know why they want me to change to later flight if I ordered earlier light originally.

THE SCAM
THE SCAM: when searching for flights Oojo comes up as the best price, so you attempt to book but you get an error message saying: “ The price has changed
The airline has increased the price of the flights you selected
£399.96
£727.49
个£327.53”
However if you book with another site (in my case lastminute.com) the price had not increased. BE CAUTIOUS!
Edit: It just doesn’t make sense the airline increased the fare almost doubling it as per your website but I was able to book the same ticket price at a later time.

A nightmare
Booking through this website was an extremely frustrating experience. My flight was changed without any notification, and after calling customer service more than 10 times to resolve the issue, I was hung up on by an agent. I am scheduled to fly out on July 12, 2026 and currently have no ticket in hand. I would absolutely never book from this sight and would not recommend anyone does.
