they put you in an auto renewal contract, no reminders, no emails, no invoices sent, just a yearly 50 Eur withdrawal. Malicious behaviour to tourists. its a shame.

I had a really good experience crossing the Øresund Bridge. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding. Their professionalism and attitude made the whole process smooth and pleasant. A big thank you to the employees – you’re doing an amazing job!

I ordered a bizz but somehow it did not arrive. After one phonecall they send me a new one. The person was very helpfull and did everything she could to help me.

For me, who travels to Sweden relatively often, the ease of use - pay by plate - and the more favourable club prices are decisive factors for using the system.

Friendly and quick response

It's super smooth (seriously, subscribing to ØresundGO opens up the green lanes for you, just like that!), and it's way cheaper after just two trips!

Compared to other similar bridges, this is the best! Easy guide through the website and smooth passing.

When i drove back from Sweden to Belgium i mistakenly paid twice for passing the bridge. I asked the customer department for a refund and they did. Probably the most friendly and swift contact i ever had with a company. Keep up the good work Maya and Malak.

DON'T waste my time by login in to your system with your "smart" complicated password with special symbols... Which I have to make new every time.

I think this company is doing a great job, and their customer service is very helpful. I had to drive from Denmark to Sweden in a car with temporary license plates. My wish was to get the discounted price with ØresundGo, which I could administrate very easy from their self service solution.

Expensive, not user friendly and even if you cancel your subscription, you can not use it until the day it were to be renewed again :-(

It's very confusing with:
- all these bridges (which payment works where?)
- means of payment (beeper, card, biz?, number plate, if your a motorcycle the plate doesn't work only on some bridges)
- the websites (oresund, storebelt, bizpay, oresundpay)

Life is too short for me to understand all these complicated systems.
Just put cameras everywhere, including motorcycles on Storebelt, and one singe website, no beepers.

Excellent Customer Service!

I was blown away by the amazing service I received from the Øresundsbron contact centre. I bought an advance round trip ticket for my van and I bought the wrong class of ticket - Class 3 rather than 2. I only became aware that I paid too much for my vehicle when I got to the green lane on the bridge and the barrier didn't raise. Turns out my vehicle was smaller than the class of ticket purchased meaning I paid double what I should have. A friendly member of staff on the day gave me a business card and said to call them later and get a refund. I thought - Yeah, sure. Like that will happen.

Well, sure enough - I received an email today confirming the mistake I had made and that they would refund me the difference!

Such a refreshing change to get prompt, friendly and FAIR treatment - especially from a public service. I can't say enough at how impressed I am!

As far as the prices are concerned? I think they are fair given the time savings and convenience the bridge affords cutting out ferry crossings from Denmark to Sweden.
