Ornella Caftan Reviews 

Ordered a short dress and liked it very much. I ordered two more and also ordered three long caftans. I am keeping the short ones, but the long ones fit much larger and need to be returned. I contacted Support and they required me to send pictures of the three long caftans! I did that and have emailed them three more times and still have not received instructions of how to return the caftans and receive my refund. I will never purchase from this company again. I advise everyone to be aware if you want to be able to receive refunds!

Fit great nice material.

I honestly don't know where to begin...The look, feel, style, how I feel when wearing one ? The price is very affordable. I can only think of one word to describe this company and its products, "FABULOUS" !! 😊. Also, I have never had a problem with one single caftan so far, and I have been wearing them for several years now.

Every purchase has been wonderful. Some items wash up beautifully.

I have just received my short pocketed caftan and I have to say I absolutely love it.
The pattern and fabric is perfect for a summer's night out with friends. Instead of jeans or capris I wanted something light and comfortable and this is it. I own long Ornella caftans and love those too. Their new patterns and styles make me want to buy 10 more!

Ornella caftans are absolutely gorgeous. The designs and colours are out of this world and the price is just perfect. I wish I could fill my wardrobe with just their caftans and throw the rest of my clothes away!!!

I had already purchased 2 summer kaftan and when I saw these velvet ones on half price and buy 2 and get 1 free I couldn't resist. They look absolutely beautiful

More than happy with my purchase

I really like the caftans I got. Not so excited about the service. I bought 3 caftans. I got two in a reasonable amount of time - when I emailed about the last one, someone responded saying it was "coming". No tracking number. I forgot for a bit and finally received the last one a month later. There was no invoice or packing slip in either package. There was no indication the order was going to be split at any time.

First, they are quick to ship items, I received my caftans in good time.
The quality of the clothes was good -- and the colors were vibrant!
I get compliments all the time, and actually, I've gifted those I've worn and made significant showings on my social media -- sometimes, LITERALLY OFF MY BACK!
I am short and the regular caftans are too long for me, but I just pin the dress up with a brooch, and it works! I can't just shorten as sometimes it will affect the beautiful pattern.
I believe at this point, I've owned pretty much ALL of their patterns.
The short pocket dresses are my go-to travel wardrobe.

Last year I ordered a caftan that arrived on time and is really beautiful.
I wanted to repeat this experience and ordered another one on April 28. It has not yet arrived and Ornella does not respond to my messages. Very, very disappointing

I was extremely pleased with their website & how easy it was to navigate. My order came in good time & I loved my caftans. The colours were beautiful & I would highly recommend them.

Ornella Caftan are a quality product. I am not in habit of ordering product online but I had no trouble receiving my order in a timely manner

The items I received varied in size.
They are on the small side.

They will not tell me the address to send them back, therefore I doubt I will get a refund . They are breaking rules of distance selling.

I got two long and one short with pockets. The two long are fine, but the short with pockets is so unflattering and bulges at the hips.

And these are exactly like any cheap rayon caftan you can get online. They are not cotton/linen. They are thin and very basic.

Overall, disappointed for the money and the wait.

These caftans are excellent value for the money!! The quality of the material was as stated. I love the selection! I will be buying a replacement, as I gifted one of mine to a friend who admired it ,while we were on holiday together!!

Delivery was slow and incomplete. It took a month to get order.

Product seems to be good although blue looks purple. Would i buy again is uncertain.
