Maria has been (and continues to be) fantastic! She is consistently on top of the details, informed and insightful when helping us choose options and has twice now turned our conversations into once in a life time adventures.

I have always dreamed of visiting the Seychelles, but knew I needed assistance making arrangements for lodging, flights, and various logistics. I contacted OutOf Office and was immediately speaking with an affable and helpful guy named Rich Ryan. Our first conversations were by phone. Rich asked all the right questions and it was clear he loved working with clients to tweak their plans so as to insure that they got exactly what they wanted. By the next day I had a full itinerary, and he was smart enough to suggest visits two of the main islands, as he knew I wanted rest and relaxation, coupled with site seeing and activity….and some nightlife. What followed was a series of emails, all promptly answered thoroughly, knowledgeably, and attention to my needs. Through Rich, I’m confident my trip will mesh well with what I’ve envisioned. Grading-A+

Alice was absolutely amazing. Whatever curveballs we through at her she was able to handle it and get things sorted. Really looking forward to our honeymoon she has organised for us and would thoroughly recommend her to everyone!

I have used Out of Office before for a Bali trip which was great but I especially wanted to use them for the Maldives given the LGBT rights there and the fact they are specialists. They were brilliant and we returned a few weeks ago from the most amazing trip to Luxe South Ari Atoll. It was literally spectacular and everything was seamlessly arranged between our agent (thanks Wolf O'Neill!) and the hotel. We had pre booked some special dinners which were so decadent and the food on the whole resort was excellent and just superb for my coeliac partner with everything clearly marked, lots of choices and very informed staff. It is the first time I have ever written to a hotel afterwards to thank them for the trip - it was THAT good. The fact we found the hotel in the first place was down to Wolf and the team suggesting options and discussing them. I couldn't find fault with anything except that I wish I had gone for about six months longer. Amazing amazing amazing!!!

I can’t say enough about how great Maria and the rest of the team is at Out of Office. We just got back from Switzerland, our second trip through OOO of which Maria planned. Even locals said she did an amazing job hitting all of the key sites to see. The trip went so well that I got my first tattoo of the Swiss alps! We first worked with Maria in 2023 where we went to the Maldives and she did such a nice job, we booked Switzerland with her. I’ve now asked to look at a trip to South Africa. Maria has been amazing to work with the last few years and I’m looking forward to working with her for many more adventures to come. She’s truly been a game changer in making the most of our global travels.

I've never used a travel agent before - but after booking with OutofOffice I will now only travel under their guidance and services. Booked my first trip to Costa Rica as a solo traveler and was connected with Alice Evans. After a brief intake where she asked questions like 'What kind of trip am I looking for?' and 'What kind of activities do I enjoy?', she packaged a beautiful trip within my budget which included exactly what I asked for: some adventure, some relaxation, and some culture. I was presented with a daily itinerary, and everything ran like clockwork - all the pick ups, tour start times, driver connections - everything occurred as it should. I can't sing the praises of OutofOffice or Alice high enough - give yourself a gift and take the stress out of vacation planning and call them today!

Kudos to alice and the team for a beyond perfect vacation. Altho we designed the trip and all but one property Alice put together a logistically perfect trip with perfect service while traveling. I trust the team at out of office completely to put together a dream luxury vacation

Alice planned the most incredible birthday trip to Thailand for my wife and I! Every detail was taken care of, the itinerary was perfect, and the whole trip felt so easy and special. I felt celebrated the entire time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend booking with her! 🇹🇭✨🎉

DON'T USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.

Worst experience ever!

We were told that they only charge an agency fee of £500, which is FALSE!! We were overcharged £4,000, they added ZERO value to our honeymoon.

We had booked hotels for our honeymooon in Iceland through Booking.com. They asked us to cancel those reservations claiming they had better rates. We found out that they rebooked everything through Booking.com and were overcharged a ridiculous amount for that. When we found out and sent them screenshots proving the scam they ignored us and forced us to either pay the remaining balance due or lose our £3,500 deposit.

I recommend you verify bookings directly through hotels websites and Booking.com. Rates available to the public are way lower than what they charge their customers.

I’m editing my review following your reply to my initial review as it full of lies!

1) I never shared any positive feedback following my honeymoon.

2) Zero transparency re prices of hotel bookings (you refused to send us itemized prices of each hotel bookings—I’d be more than happy to share email exchanges with any customer who needs proof).

3) Several hotels managers confirmed to us that our reservations were done through booking so stop claiming that you booked through trusted local partners because that is simply not true and you know it.

4) The itinerary was clearly prepared by someone who has never been to Iceland or has even checked distances on Google Maps because the first day of our roadtrip you made us drive for more than 14 hours!

Happy to send a proper itinerary and tips for free to anyone who is planning to go to such a magical island. Just avoid relying on the advise of the worst travel agency ever.

Millicent Kenworthy-Green, a luxury travel expert at OutOfOffice.com, offered my partner and me outstanding travel recommendations for our trip to Rome. A friend had suggested lodging near the Borghese Gardens, but Millicent advocated for a superior location: the Six Senses Rome hotel. Millicent's advice was spot-on; Six Senses proved to be a fantastic choice.

Furthermore, Millicent emphasized the value of privately guided tours for Rome’s major sites and surrounding areas, which was also excellent counsel. The guides, sourced from various providers, were all exceptional.

For all future European travel needs, Millicent and OutOfOffice.com will remain my trusted and valuable resource.

Great to be back
We used OutofOffice to book a vacation to French Polynesia in 2024 and had no doubt that we would use them again for our next major vacation - New Zealand in 2027. We have begun the process with Hannah Cousins and as in our prior trip, it has been a pleasure to deal with a professional in this area. We told Hannah what we were thinking, that we had no idea at all about New Zealand and in a manner of days she came back to us with a great itinerary, and most importantly some of her own recommendations, since she had recently visited New Zealand. I am sure there will be some changes as time progressed, but know that we are in Hannah's more than capable hands, and working again with OutofOffice, gives us the peace of mind we need for this upcoming escapade.

Our experience with Alice has been incredible! She is extremely organized, proactive, and quick to respond. She took the time to understand what we wanted, put together a perfect itinerary, and made the entire planning process feel effortless. She’s also incredibly warm and kind, which made the experience even better. We couldn’t recommend her more!

I had a "last minute" chance to visit Bhutan the later half of this year. I called Sam in August, after another luxury tour operator failed to respond to my inquiry. Sam responded immediately and from then on, my bucket list 10 day, spiritual, sight-seeing adventure was basically on auto-pilot.

I've never used a travel agent before, since my husband and I are pretty seasoned, independent travelers. Bhutan, requires travel with a guide, which must be arranged through an agency. Fate connected me with Sam and the rest is history. Indelible memories, and the the best trip of my lifetime has been the final result. Sam was on top of things from our very first conversation. She had a very quick and thurough comprehension of why I wanted to go, and what I wanted to experience while I was there. All that I was hoping to do, and experience was organized and planned for, and nothing was missed. It was 10 days of traveling bliss in one of the most special countries on earth. Their partners, Creative Travel, on the ground, in Bhutan delivered flawlessly as well.

I am pleased to say, that Sam and OutOfOffice, will always merit consideration on any of our upcoming exotic travels. I could not have done nearly as well on my own, and to sit back and relax, while packing, knowing that all planning, logistics, lodging, guides, transport and payments, were all being handled was delightful. I'd give 6 stars, if I could.

Out of Office did an exceptional job planning our entire 18-day Italian honeymoon from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged — hotels, tours, transfers, and experiences — which made the entire trip feel seamless and stress-free. They curated an itinerary that perfectly matched what we wanted: a balance of romance, history, sightseeing, and relaxation, with unique local experiences woven throughout.

The hotels were fantastic, the guided tours were top-tier, and every transfer (from trains to private drivers to water taxis) was smooth and punctual. We especially appreciated how they anticipated logistics we wouldn’t have known to plan for, making the whole journey effortless.

My partner and I were looking for a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia which would include a River Cruise along the Mekong. While doing a search I came across "Out of Office" travel in the UK. I reached out and Maria answered me personally.
From then on, she was absolutely amazing. Her excitement and enthusiasm about the trip were genuine. Along the way she would reach out as we got closer to the date of departure . I should note that I made the reservation over a year in advance and Maria would reach out to me to say hello and see if there were any questions I had. She even set up a video call with my partner and I at the onset which really made the experience much more personal. Maria is an absolute a gem, from start to finish. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.

Alice at Out of Office made planning our honeymoon an absolute dream. I was honestly intimidated by the idea of booking an international trip, but she made the entire process feel effortless. She was professional, incredibly kind, and genuinely excited for us from the very first conversation.

The trip was amazing from start to finish. All the tours were small and often times are private with very knowledgeable guides. The hotels are centralized to bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Alice was a perfect gem of a person to work with to book my husband and I’s honeymoon! She recently went to Sri Lanka so she really combined her experience on her own vacation and our interests to recommend the best of Sri Lanka and all it has to offer.
