I’m surprised they’re rated so high. I had a horrible experience. Contacted them with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted. But ask them for help in finding better solutions. Promise they would come back next day with with ideas, waited two extra days with no response. I called them again and they came back the next day with nothing more than what I could’ve done myself. Sent them back with edits and never heard from them ever again.

Following some great medical news ,we decided to embark on the trip of a lifetime to Africa. But where do you start. We felt slightly intimidated, but went forward with Out of Office with only a budget and a rough plan.From that moment on Wolf( weird name but great guy ) took over. He listened very carefully to us and from those discussions deigned what I can only describe as the perfect holiday, consulting with us all the time. Our holiday didnot have one bad moment, yet alone a bad day. Great local partners, outstanding hotels,brilliant day trips. I cannot praise or recommend Wolf enough. Thank you

Our trip was truly magical and full of core memories that will last us a lifetime. This was our first time using a travel agent on this scale, but it will not be the last. Maria was spectacular from start to finish - easy to connect with, listened closely to what was important to us, and curated an itinerary that I would not have been able to do on my own. Where do I begin? Maria Gardner was our friend and travel captain for planning a two-week European honeymoon. I told her from the beginning two things: the adjective I wanted to describe my honeymoon was "dreamy" and I wanted us to wake up every morning, look out the window, then to each other and say, "Where are we!??" She couldn't have hit the mark more to plan an unforgettable trip. We toured around the French and Italian Rivieras, with hotels and transportation already set up by Maria. We had 3 excursions planned, which were perfectly curated to our interests - a day trip to Eze and Monaco, a cooking class, and a glorious boat ride in Italy - and made it feel like we planned a few things but weren't slamming an itinerary full of events. The hotels they work with were welcoming and gorgeous, and so excited to be celebrating our honeymoon with us. Even when we hit a travel snag with an Italian train strike, Maria's colleague, Wolf, was on call and helped us book other travel so we could get to our next incredible stay and excursion! Every detail was spot on, and we cannot wait to be able to take another trip with Out of Office and allow Maria to curate another magical experience. Thank you so much for planning such an amazing honeymoon that all we had to do was enjoy the view and each other.

We just returned from an incredible journey through Ireland, and we couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to our travel planner, Wolf. Every single detail was executed flawlessly — from the private tours and scenic drives to the castle stays, coastal views, and unforgettable local experiences.

The itinerary was perfect: a thoughtful balance of adventure, culture, history, relaxation, and free time to explore on our own. Every hotel we stayed at was luxurious and unique, and we truly felt taken care of from start to finish.

I've just worked out a bucketlist vacation to Asia with one of OutOfOffice's agents. He worked really hard to listen to what I was looking for, went back to the drawing board when necessary, and then came up with a really perfect travel agenda for me and my partner. I booked a fairly late trip to Vietnam and decided to use Out of Office to help and their knowledge and expertise was excellent. Wolf put together a great itinerary at speed which we then tweaked to suit my own tastes and interests - this was all done with great ease and efficiency. Wolf was responsive, listened carefully to what I was looking and crafted a fantastic itinerary that gave me a great experience of this great country. Alice was so incredible! We just got back from our honeymoon in Bali and just WOW!!! The hotels that she chose for us were truly the best places we’ve ever stayed at in our lives. They’re flexible with adding and subtracting transportation and excursions however you want to do your vacation! Couldn’t recommend them more! Will definitely use them in the future (:

Maria did a great job planning our 10 year wedding anniversary! Going someplace new is always a mix of excitement and nerves, so having a travel agent’s help was important. Maria took the time to understand more about our styles, adjust bits of our itinerary, and answer questions quickly. Having a company that focuses of LGBTQ+ travel also gave us a huge sense of relief. Look forward to booking again!

We just returned from an incredible trip to Japan and I have to say everything went without a hitch thanks to Maria at OutofOffice. From trains to airport shuttles hotels and everything in between, we had a seamless experience that would’ve taken hours and hours to plan ourselves. Out of Office, helped us to experience a 1 on a kind incredible Italy and Greece honeymoon. Maria was a pleasure to work with and chat with every step of the way. This was a flawless experience right from the beginning, we had so many thoughts and ideas flowing around and Wolf took all of them and perfectly curated the most beautiful honeymoon for us. We had a trip to Scandinavia and Iberia. Millicent put together hotels, tour guides and transportation that was great. It really made things so much easier, pleasant and enjoyable. All of it was worth it in every way. We never would have been able to manage this on our own. We got to see so much more than we would have if we had done this on our own. Everyone we delt with at the hotels, the drivers and guides were friendly and welcoming. We really felt taken care of. A truly great service.
