Very impressive exchange with staff while dealing with quote for motor insurance.
Difference in cost for comprehensive insurance being a lot less to what I was quoted by my previous insurer of last 15years. Real feeling of being ripped off during those years.
First class service provided by excellent staff.

The person taking the call did his very best to get both the car insurance and the house insurance at the lowest price because both are up to finish late August. Once we had established a figure for each, he went away and came back with a discount on both, which we accepted. Very satisfactory outcome .
