Very impressed that within minutes of setting up an account I recived an acknowledgement that my first bank transfer had been received.

Terrible customer service
Unable to contact Oxbury by telephone as I was cut off after a 5 minute wait, I was forced to resort to webchat. It then took 30 minutes for me to receive an answer to a very simple question regarding interest that I am due. Furthermore, I was asked the same security question THREE times. Most frustrating and time consuming and I will not use Oxbury again.

Easy to open account & informed at all stages.
Easy to set up new savings account and transfer savings in. Immediately informed that transfers had arrived into account.
Reminder emails about days left to transfer in the minimum amount were useful and not so frequent as to be intrusive!
