Oypla can't provide working parts to replace defective ones
Unfortunately one of the bolts that attaches the fan blade to the motor shaft was defective Oypla were unable/unwilling to supply a non-defective bolt so I had to return the whole thing to Oypla
I have already got an Oypla fan however and can advise that it is an excellent fan - several speeds, doesn't wobble at full blast and is very quiet

Please, use different provider if you want to buy. This company sold me a wheeled platform through amazon. I never received the item (evri) and did not want to know anything. They did not bother to contact/support me.

Great planters and a good price
Great planters and a really good price. We have sawn the feet and the top bits off and wrapped them around our pergola poles. That look great.
Emailed to ask a couple of questions and got a speedy reply, quick delivery.
