No water, leaks and scam charges.

For over a year, the residents have been complaining that we have no water 70% of the time, due to a faulty pump in the building. No water for cooking,cleaning,bathing etc.. nothing. We can't even flush the toilets most of the time, and live with buckets of water around, so we have water when needed. PA is aware of this, and have done nothing. Also, similar to other people here, they charge us for "Window cleaning" but we have never had windows cleaned since we moved in when it was first built. A really terrible company, and I highly recommend anyone staying clear of this fraud company.

Hiya.

Hiya.
I live in Mansfield and Pa has been charging us £7 something a month for window cleaning.I’ve been here for 18 years and never had any windows cleaned except for the window cleaner that I paid for.
There must be at least 250 properties on my estate and never has there been a window cleaner around here.
I was wondering if this is the same with other residents who are with Pa.This needs to be stopped.

Good Health and Safety support

Early this year our organisation needed to supply evidence that exacting Local Authority standards were being met in a PA Housing premises that we rent. Naz Hussein is the PA Housing officer that assisted us. Naz went the extra mile to ensure that we had all the detailed evidence we needed in a timely manor. Naz continues to work well with our organisation on all matters as they arise. Thank you Naz and PA Housing.

PA Housing, WATES their maintenance contractors and PowerRod their sub contractors all combined are very unprofessional, rude and don't care for disabled people as they claim to. Have waited over 2 months for toilet tap replacements they all Power Rod engineers come and do is take photos of taps, this is how professional & competent their engineers are they cant even fix leaking taps or showers.

A nice friendly lady conducted a home survey. I was disappointed to find out I'm not due a new kitchen quite yet after being told I was a few years ago, but she explained the situation and told me what I need to do. I give the lady 5 stars but the replacement programme 1 so will rate 3 in the middle.

Simple from start to finish

Simple from start to finish. Booked over the phone with Callum for a home inspection. Let him know what dates works for me and he got me booked in for a morning appointment between 8-1. Vicky arrived for the home inspection by 10am. Took less than half an hour. She answered all my questions and also gave me advice on an issue in the home I wasn’t sure about. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience.

I am perfectly satisfied with all the services you provide. The young lady inspector today was most charming and informative. I have not balcony or garden and thus cannot comment. Bu he whole of the public garden is very well maintained, as far as I can see.

No house is a home with pa

They pray on the people that are in desperate need for a house. You take the reviews with a pinch of salt. Move in and then reality hits you. The people at the end of the line are stuck between morals and losing their jobs and put us in situations that affect our health. I am in a mold and damp house. Overcrowded and sooo many repairs. The house is no longer a home. Minus 4 in the hallway and kitchen in the winter due to lack of radiators and a door that whistles over the TV and wakes you at night, a welcoming arm to getting burgled. Mould and damp that has impacted on my families health leaving me gasp for breath.repairs that are not done partially done or poorly done if that, which are reported done but are not. Bad neighbours who revenge music hammer drill till 11pm yet there's nothing they can do.my disabled children sharing a room that is technically only allowed one person in by the environmental health people that has made their disabilities worse. The leaking taps, hole in ceiling from a burst pipe excessive cold damp mould as I neighbours and so much more. So I say this review not to slander the association but to say my OPINION just making that clear so there's no retaliation. Oh don't touch you walls ceilings because there may be asbestos in them that they don't tell you. Not to mention that the people you employ to repair home says that you have to wipe your feet on the way out of PA homes and that they hate their jobs because the confinements you put on them. The environmental health ombudsman solicitors and CALS can deal with them now . I am ashamed and appalled at the lack of care consideration for us. You have made us all ill with anxiety stress COPD depression ect.
