This is the 6 th time we’ve used PaintSeal on our caravans and every-time all we’ve ever had is amazing service . Mark is normally the person to apply it to our vehicles and he’s a wonderful professional person makes an amazing Job . Lisa is always my point of contact and she is a wonderful lady ! Had many a conversation with her :) all the staff are very helpful and clear in their communication . Today I spoke and paid my bill to a lady by the name of Christine , very polite and helpful .
The product it’s self will last for 5 yrs unless there’s a patch that fails and won’t polish up and then all you do is ring PaintSeal and if still under warranty (5 yrs new caravans 3 yrs reapplication ) they will sort it , fabulous company to deal with from start to finish .

I didn’t have to experience it at all, it was completed at the dealership prior to my collection. Driven home in horrible damp and muddy conditions, which basically washed off the now silky surface of the caravan.

Great product and from previous experience it really makes a difference to keeping the caravan in great condition.

We chose to have our new caravan protected by Paintseal Direct, as it was winter we took up the option to have it applied indoors at their facility in Nottingham.
I got a warm welcome on arrival, had a wander around Nottingham for a a few hours and returned at the agreed time to see the work completed and maintenance pack ready to collect.

I had the Paintseal coating applied to my recently purchased new vehicle whilst at the vehicle dealership premises prior to collection, and therefore have had not direct contact with Paintseal Direct. However, on collecting my vehicle, I was informed (and shown) that Paintseal had left an 'Aftercare' pack within the vehicle together with information regarding the product . Within two days of collecting my vehicle, I received my 5yr Paintseal Warranty together with further useful information and contact details. I can only say that I am totally happy, and have been reassured by Paintseal's service to-date.

This company had been rated on a Motorhome magazine for work on sealing the finish on a motorhome. From start to finish we could not fault the service we received. Staff were very friendly and helpful, going through the procedure from start to finish. They even provided a courtesy car free of charge. Would not hesitate to recommend them

4 years ago I purchased a second hand caravan which had paint seal treatment on it. It was so easy to keep clean. So when I purchased my new van on the 20th September,I automatically opted for the same treatment on this van. Only finding out it is now a ceramic coating. Let’s hope it is as good as the last coating.
