The driver came in, he was very polite hus name marcello from depot 42

Very friendly driver.

Not friendly, staff and managers were rude. They also refused to deliver the boxes inside to the garage and instead left a large pallet outside of the house. Beware when ordering and departing with your money to first specify that delivery means delivery to the house and not outside!

Today we had a delivery by Palletways. Driver Marcello (42) was a kind and professional. Thanks a lot.

Two delivery dates came and went. Still no delivery. 2 days off work waiting in all day. Wasting my time and costing me money in lost earnings. Still without any delivery, the job of having my bathroom fitted cant be done. avoid at all costs.

I ordered a large crate of kiln dried logs from firewood.co and I was unfortunate enough to have my package given to these guys for delivery. I have yet to receive my package even though I can see from their tracking information that the package has been out for delivery twice. On both days it's went back to the depot. The 2nd attempt, the delivery driver had the nerve to say that the package was refused even though it was never delivered to my address. If your package is coming from these guys keep the customer service number on hand for the seller. Hopefully you're not as unlucky as I am.

Very bad customer service, was told the delivery due today, and I have paid labor here to do the following work. But been waiting whole day, no one and no calls. The customer service only told me they couldn’t get hold of the driver, any other questions she only repeated said I don’t know. Not reliable at all.

My order was scheduled to be delivered today. The tracking updates confirm that Palletways lost my order (bulk bag of stones). The last comment is from 11am "confirmed they have not received this pallet - They will call consignee to book in - Emailed GRS". Two hours later I've contacted the seller who is now chasing Palletways as they have not contacted me and their contact details are not disclosed. I guess Palletways decided to start the long weekend early. It's another evidence of their very poor customer service.

This delay really messed up my weekend, when I was supposed to finish the garden. Instead, it will have to be done next week (providing they can be bothered to deliver my order at once) when I'm away. I'm furious.

If you look through the company reviews, they are most likely submitted by employees trying to boost their image and reputation. Massive red flag.

Pallet was delivered to the wrong house about 1/2 a mile away. The driver clearly signed for the delivery himself as no one was home at the incorrect address - pallet was just left in their driveway. I had to drive to the other house, unpack the pallet into my car and then drive home and unload. While the lady that helped me locate the missing pallet on the phone was wonderful this is far from ideal experience.

Ryan from depot 20 delivered my TransK9 dog crate today. When it arrived, it was clear we were not going to get it through the front door. We unpacked it in the hope that we could, but unfortunately it was still a no. Ryan didn’t want to just leave it as it was and suggested we put it in my car. He helped me get it in the boot, taking great care not to damage my car in the process. I am extremely grateful I had Ryan helping and working with me and I wasn’t just left. Top guy, a perfect gentleman and a real asset to Palletways.

Marvello was extremely helpful in that he contacted us about his arrival at the property and agreed to hang on whilst l got there as l had to step away unexpectedly.
He unloaded the pallet and positioned it as close to the front door as he could so l wouldn’t have far to carry the contents
