Initial call through to booking experience was excellent
From initial call to chat through luxury cruise line options to booking confirmation, the experience was excellent. I will be using Panache for further bookings and like that I now have one place to book across any cruise line versus having multi direct agents for each luxury cruise line I would ordinarily have used.

Panache perfection
So we're entering our 2/3 year with Nicola Tempest-Mitchell as our cruise lady and I have to say we're not leaving! Several cruises down, a couple of problems, some whilst on board, sorted with apparent ease, several amazing holidays. These guys are with you fully from finding exactly what you want, to embarkation and throughout the journey and check in after.
