Many things went wrong. Bank feeds from my account have not been working well, and it looks like there are problems in linking Pandle with my account and bank feeds. The problem has been ongoing for a few days

poor, laggy and the balances never match, probably due to TAP not updating it correctly.

This is easy to use, and perfect for the few transactions generated by our music venue..

system is easy to use and there is always help if you are stuck with anything. good communication

I've had a lot of issues with the feeds as they have not updated properly using this platform. I've contacted support and they have shifted the responsibility for me to fix it through a manual import. I've been going back and forth on this for weeks and it has been very frustrating and stressful.

Connor Simmons was a great help on a few occasions where i needed to have things changed that was locked on my side h helped out with no issues.

I've been using Pandle for some time now and find it to be a fantastic and meaningful tool for my accounting and bookkeeping needs. It's user-friendly and perfect for a sole trader. I recently had a question for their support team and the person who dealt with my inquiry, Connor, was very helpful and understanding.

I find Pandle really easy to use. I am able to quickly and easily update my account and keep up to date with my finances.

Had a problem on the software, but Lily at Pandle told me (successfully) how to fix it. Her help was invaluable and very much appreciated.

Have been using pandel trouble free for over a year, however now its just not working properly, cant enter any information and the live chat is worse than useless, lucky to get a response the same day, on day 3 now and still not sorted so looking like i will have to move somewhere else or i will miss vat deadline

Does the job, but very clunky, slow to use and not really intuitive. Bank feeds are confusing and there are often refresh issues. There's some oddities, like handling transfers between accounts should only be done one-sided to prevent doubling up, too. Finally, the mobile app is a bit grim and lacks a lot of the functionality present on web. Needs a lot more work in all areas.

Just started using Pandle - it looks very clear and straightforward, and when I do have questions, the Pandle team are always available in the chat to assist - very quick response and great help - thanks Ben 👍
